How long have you been in business?
This is a small company that has been in business for two years; with over 10 years of experience. This company was founded by one woman and now have 2-10 employees.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We bring our own cleaning supplies. These are nonorganic supplies; but are not toxic. Customers can choose to provide cleaning supplies if preferred no additional fees added.
We do not bring our own equipment. Customers must their own equipment such as steam mops, vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaner, etc.
What do you love most about your job?
What make me love this job is the socializing with a diverse group of people daily. My greatest joy is when we have satisfied a customer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a housekeeping professional I notice a huge demand for housekeeping services with good customer service, security, and professionalism.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our main goal is to satisfy the customer to ensure repeated service. All employees are required to complete a background check before being hired. All employees are required to wear bodycams or record before started the housekeeping for all parties protection.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All employees are required to mask and gloves while completing any housekeeping duties.
