Just like everyone else, I booked my service and they never showed (no call/text). My friend gifted me their service via Groupon for a 2 hour deep clean. I booked my appointment via Booksy, since that's what the owner told me they use, for a 2 hour deep clean. I booked for today at 11am. Well, it's 2:30pm and they never showed, called, text, or notified me in any way they're not coming. I came to the Yelp page and see that this is a pattern. It seems to me that they're running a scam where you purchase a service through Groupon, they get paid, they don't show, then Groupon has to eat the cost of the return. Rob, the owner, and his crew were amazing. I reached out to several different companies. Rob responded quickly and with reasonable rates compared to other places. He quoted me for 4 hours of work, and since my place wasn't too bad, they were able to complete it in 3 hours and adjusted the final price accordingly. I was able to do a complete walkthrough as well to make sure everything was to my standard and they touched up all that I asked for. Two hour cleaning
Our two-hour deep clean is a top-down, surface cleaning in any room of your home. This time typically covers up to 1 kitchen and 1 bath. This doesn't include cleaning inside large appliances such as a fridge or range/oven. It also doesn't include any floor and tile scrubbing. If additional time is needed, the cost is a flat rate of $75 per hour. This package includes 2 cleaners with all supplies and equipment included. You can add an additional cleaner for $25 per hour.
Four-hour surface cleaning
Our four-hour cleaning is a top-down, surface cleaning in any room of your home. This time covers up to a 2 bed/2 bath home. This doesn't include cleaning inside large appliances such as a fridge or range/oven. It also doesn't include any floor and tile scrubbing. If additional time is needed, the cost is a flat rate of $75 per hour. This package includes 2 cleaners with all supplies and equipment included. You can also add a cleaner for $25 per hour.
