If want sparking clean, prompt courteous service call Jim at Eco Earth. This is the best cleaning service i have ever used from my short term rentals. I have several rentals in Sebastian Florida and one ocean front home in Vero Beach, Fl. Jim cleans them all, sometimes with very little notice and only a few hours of turn around time. Not only are the rentals clean but Jim goes above and beyond in services that enhance each home. He has great suggestions, and has never failed to say no to a home depot or walmart run for supplies! Jim cares! That's the difference, to Jim it is a matter of pride! He wants to help you every day no matter how tired he may be, no matter how hard the work. I would give 10 stars if I could they are so professional, thorough and wonderful customer service. I used the service for the first time when my  Dad had been recovering from heart surgery and my mom was briefly hospitalized. I wanted to do something to help them since I live out of state. Arranging the service was so easy and when they were done and I asked my Dad how it was he said the cleaner they sent "was dynamite!" Meaning excellent :) she cleaned so well she even found a lost set of keys.You will be so happy you used them. My nightmare began after realizing I had an infestation that I’d rather not mention. Initially I thought it was going to take months to get rid of it. I had Orkin & Terminex come whom both quoted me over $1200. There was also $50 deposits that I had to pay before someone even step foot in my house. We discussed numerous options that required an extensive process such as bagging clothes/cleaning all fabrics, removing everything from my house and having them come to my house numerous times, not included in the initial $1200. I began to do research for people in the area and came across Eco Earth cleaning. It was 8pm when I called, in tears. Jim reassured me that he could handle this and was at my house with in 20 MINUTES!!! Not only did his product resolve 99% or my problem but he stayed to answer all my questions and helped relax my fears of the intruders. I am for ever greatful for this company AND JIM!! We are often in contact via text and he responds with in minutes every single time. I did have him come out one more time in which he was very professional and caring to do one last service. I can only say, in my personal experience this company is exceptional in their products and costumer service. 10 stars! For sure! I am now in the process of scheduling a tile cleaning! As I stated in Yelp, I had to call Jim in a pinch to have my father in law's carpets cleaned while he was in the hospital. Jim was able to meet me at the house the next morning and explained what he needed to do and gave me a fair quote. As an aside, I asked him the evening before if he knew of a good house cleaner as I was going to do that myself, but had limited time. He has a house cleaner on staff and they would do both for a bundled price. As it turned out, the "tidy" house needed a great deal of cleaning for the carpets and as a whole and Jim and his team did an exceptional job. Carpets were dry when we all got home and the house had a clean fresh smell, not a medicinal or chemical odor. To say we were impressed with the quality of work and price, would be an understatement. I just want to say how great Eco-Earth Service is. I had a bedbug problem so I called them, and they came out immediately. Not only were they professional but very friendly, not to mention the price was almost half of the price of the other places I had called. Jim came in and did an amazing job. Jim and his team are phenomenal! He takes pride in his work and does a great job letting the homeowner know exactly what he has done and what he recommends. He provided upholstery cleaning services on used furniture as well as bed bug treatment. Not only did he do fantastic work but he is diligent with communication, is detail-oriented, charges fair rates and truly cares about the works he does. Jim and his crew recently cleaned a Vero Beach townhouse for us. My wife was very happy with the high standards and thoroughness with which they cleaned the entire home. My father in law was in the hospital and we wanted to get his carpets cleaned while he was out.  He has two cats, and though tidy, had the requisite dirty carpets.  I gave Jim a call and he said he could be out to the house the next morning to get started.  He showed up 10 min early and gave me a fair quote.  I also asked him if he knew of a good house cleaner who would be available before Labor Day weekend, and Jim had one on payroll who was there as well.  As it turned out, the house not only needed a good carpet cleaning, but it needed a basic "make ready" cleaning as well.  The carpets were cleaned and dry by the time we all got home from the hospital and they looked almost new.  The house was exceptionally clean and had a fresh smell, not a medicinal or chemical smell.  As a bonus, he stayed within the quote even though he and his cleaner put in extra time to get it right.  Sometime you take a shot and hit a home run when you are in a pinch, and I was lucky enough to hit a grand slam with Jim and Eco Earth Cleaning. Jim and his girls did a wonderful job cleaning my elderly mom's house located in Vero Beach. They started early and finished late, working non stop. Jim cleaned and sealed the tile and grout flooring. Every room was cleaned thoroughly including the enclosed back porch. Mom was so pleased she cried! Jim and his crews are GREAT! I first used him for post construction clean-up. He made my house sparkle and shine, even after all the dust, dirt and grime that goes along with remodeling from an insurance job. I liked him so much, that I asked if he would stay on as my house-keeper to do the heavy cleaning. Jim has done so much for me; cleaned area rugs and carpets,cleaned out our 'junk room' and cleaned out kitchen cabinets.Jim maintains my blinds and ceiling fans, as well as general heavy cleaning.
