Hello! My name is Eboni and I am the CEO and Founder of Eboni Eat's! Eboni Eat's is a woman-owned business helping women lose weight and feel more confident in their skin by providing nutrition counseling, meal planning, and meal preparation services bundled into signature programs!

A little about me, I am a Certified Nutrition Professional (CPN) with a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and I have been helping women lose weight since graduating in 2017 from California State University, Sacramento! I worked in weight loss clinics for a while before starting Eboni Eat's in 2018. I started my company shortly after working in clinics and watching a lack of support and personalization that women were given in one of the more vulnerable times in their life. I was more determined than ever to provide women with the right support they needed to achieve their goals, that's when Eboni Eat's was born!

The 8-week weight loss signature program is designed to help you see sustainable weight loss weekly without having to restrict foods (which is what is typically done on diets like keto, IF, Whole 30, Paleo, etc..) or go on any crazy diets. You will learn how to eat the foods you enjoy for weight loss and how to personalize your journey so that you are losing weight and enjoying it!
