The BEST! I haven't taken a bad class yet. The teachers are all super skilled, offer great flow with lots of attention towards individual form and injury prevention. I've gotten lots of great feedback from all the instructors about poses I'd like to know more about as well as greater understanding of correct form for injury prevention. The towels with essential oil at the end of each class make the whole experience so special, and embraces the idea that this yoga class is a big part of self care...a break from stress and something wonderful and healing I"m doing for myself.
