What’s your signature dish?
Spicy cajun oxtail stew in a thick gravy with a cornbread muffin.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to talk with my clients to see what they like and what there idea is. Then i will start with my suggestions on the menu to build a complete menu that they love and want to eat.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to cook and watch people eat my food. It brings me great enjoyment to see happy people when they have finished eating something i prepared.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Because of my love for food and cooking. I wanted to see how would people respond to the way i cook my style of cooking.
Why should our clients choose you?
It is my hope that the flavors i make will tantalize their taste buds. And make them want more.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are a small business, we use all safety precautions when preparing all of our food. And once we arrive to a location, we wear masks and gloves. To ensure that safety is our #1 priority for our clients.
