Utilized their online ordering menu to order a pizza to go.  Order was placed, payment accepted and an order number was issued.  I drove to the establishment and on the way I received an email, "Your order can not be filled at this time and has been declined." What kind of establishment has an online ordering system active, accepts orders and then declines them after accepting payment?  Obviously this business has lost my patronage forever.  Not the way to run a service business! The first time I ate here it was a great experience our waitress was amazing the pizza was great the drinks were great. Being new to Arizona I was looking for a new spot. I thought this was definitely our spot. I was wrong. The second time my family and I went there, it was the worst experience we've experienced ever in any restaurant. The food was horrible and cold , all 4 dishes. After my first bite I was done it was bland cold and the clams tasted like they were dumped over cold noodles. In fact my whole family was disappointed in their dish as well. The waiter was no where to be seen for at least 40 mins. The appetizer salad came out after dinner that's when I told him about my meal. So he took my plate and came back with our bill. Shortly after the bill, he came back with my drink that I ordered prior to ordering dinner! He told me the bartender had to take a call, that's why my drink took so long. I told him I didn't want the drink and to take it off my bill as we were ready to leave. The bill was a different story. It took over 45 MORE mins for the manger to approve changing the bill. No one was even going to tell us what was going on, I had to go up to the cash register to ask what was taking so long. The  waiter came back from running my card he tossed the bill to me so he didn't have to walk all the way to my table. He didn't say a word turned around and left.  I left my favorite Prada sunglasses there and I live around the corner. But my experience was so bad i don't see myself going back. So disappointing and different from our first experience. The most disappointing part of our whole experience was the lack of care this waiter had. This is the second time we have had food from here. both through delivery. First time we ordered two of the Carbonara pasta, one with chicken and one with sausage. Both came with chicken. We did really enjoy the food anyway, 5 out of 5 there. The second time we ordered, my son again got the Carbonara and this time it came with an orange sauce (see picture). This is our second time going. First time the service was awful. Second time the food was even worst. This is my new favorite restaurant! First the service alone would have me coming back even if they only served cereal. We had the best service from every one! Second, the cocktails were sooooo good! Like seriously so good! I got the peach Bellini and a passion fruit drink and it was so good! And third, the food was amazing! I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and it was a big portion and I was like oh there is no way I am finishing this and I ate it ALL! First time there since they opened. The service was good and attentive, my husband ordered the beef ravioli; these were well stuffed,but lacked flavor.  I ordered the lasagna and the veal meatballs; good serving amounts, but again lacked flavor, perhaps more garlic. The marinara sauce could use more garlic and olive oil and perhaps some sugar to cut the acidity of the sauce. Great possibilities, just pointing out the areas that need improvement. Discovered this restaurant last week after leaving Blue 32 in the same shopping center.  Went this week and loved it.  The service was great (we were the only patrons at 4p. m.).  Lisa was our waitress and she was so personable and offered her suggestions.  From the caesar salad which was cold and crisp through our entrees everything was great.  Highly recommend the chicken or eggplant parmesan or the dish with shrimp in garlic and olive oil with marinara and mozzarella baked to perfection.  My husband ate every bite of his lasagna while the rest of us left with tomorrow's leftovers.  Thanks for a great meal and a good time with friends. Been back to this restaurant several times since my first review. The food has actually been really good and consistent. I really enjoy the salmon and Chicken Piccata. My mom and I stopped tonight because I drive past this place everyday and have been wanting to try it. Mostly because of the cocktails I've seen them post on social media. We weren't planning on staying for dinner because honestly, as a mom in the Seville area, I have my fill of pizza and pasta places. BUT, we stayed because of Janice, the mixologist. Truly a specialty cocktail bar is much needed in this area and she was welcoming, knowledgeable and excellent! We had white sangria, a lychee martini and a chocolate martini and all were awesome! Her old fashioneds looked amazing too. The food was good, especially the fig and prosciutto pizza, but the standout was the bar and the service. We arrived at 6:15pm on Friday 4/16/21. The restaurant appeared moderately busy but we were sat immediately. We ordered our entrees and at that time the waitress did let us know the kitchen was slightly behind. That was quite the understatement. 1 hour and 15 minutes later we still had no food. Our waitress was very apologetic and clearly put in a bad situation with the kitchen. The owner/management should be absolutely ashamed at the way this restaurant does business. Having worked in F&B for years, not having management come out to at the very least speak with us is absolutely appalling. Shame on them. To put your staff in this type of situation is a terrible reflection on you and your restaurant. We attempted to make the best of what we were dealing with, but the 10% discount offered totaled less than 1 of the additional drinks we wouldn't have otherwise ordered because of the long wait, was the nail in the coffin. The wife and I stopped in for a late dinner last night.  It was busy at 8 pm., typically a good sign.  The owners were friendly and our server did a nice job.  The problem is the food.  My wife had the chicken piccata. The sauce was thin and bland.  The chicken looked and tasted processed.  I had the cheese ravioli with marinara and a side of meatballs.  The sauce tasted canned and the meatballs were oddly spongy.  Ghastly. Masks are not required and when we walked in none of the staff I saw had masks on. The server was friendly but got our orders mixed up. I asked for seltzer and got water. You get a choice of salad or pasta with your entree. I ordered the pasta and an extra side salad. She did not bring me my pasta that I ordered but gave me salad instead when I was supposed to have salad and pasta. The salad dressing tasted like it came out of a bottle, not freshly made. The chicken parm was good but my husbands salmon was a small piece and nothing special. They do not serve any bread with your meal, so for the price this was definitely not worth the money. 1st visit to this new neighborhood Italian eatery. Darling inside with option of eating outside. What a waste of $36 dollars! The chicken Marsala was bland and lacked....Marsala! The pasta was over cooked and mushy. The Chicken Parmigiana tasted like it went from the Costco box to the deep fryer and flopped on more mushy pasta and the covered in generic flavorless tomato sauce . Went here for a girlfriends birthday and it was ok. Let me clarify, the food wasn't terrible but I'm prob just sad that Local Eats closed down. 4 stars because the service was great and they had a great lunch special. I got the chicken pesto panini which came with a Caesar salad. I was able to eat the salad and half my sandwich. Saved it for another day which was still good after popping into the air fryer. The place was empty when we got there. Like, literally no one. A few tables filled while we were there and I'm not sure if this is due to Covid? This has been a phenomenal first time experience. The food was beyond amazing. For someone whose been cooking his whole life, I can really appreciate all the flavors. We went to Eatalio to try a new restaurant. The staff were all pleasant and mildly attentive (within reason for a dinner rush). The part where my expectations were not met regards the food.We ordered kids spaghetti, Mediterranean pizza, and wings. The food to table time was great, the food itself lacked.The kids spaghetti is $9. It is a HUGE bowl of pasta and (what tasted like) jar sauce with a meatball. Compared to other places, it was an adult portion at an adult price. Next were the wings. They were good, but nothing special. The sides were out-of-the-bag baby carrots and celery. Finally, the pizza... it was "serviceable". The crust tasted and felt like bread dough. The sauce was straight from a can from Frys. And the cheese was that preshredded stuff that melts like plastic instead of caramalizing. For a place with a wood-fired oven, none of that charm or flavor translated. It tasted like it was made with salvaged ingredients and in a Dorm Room. On par with DiGiorno's.Overall, the place is nice and the food of the other patrons looked good.
