I tried corporate America after graduating from the Ohio State University and it wasn't for me. I started my own business because I did not like the sales games and gimmicks other people played. I wanted to be better and treat customers like friends and family, the way I'd want to be treated if I was making a big purchase for my home.

I want them bragging about how we took care of them regardless of any issues encountered tearing apart and rebuilding their home. I want them to refer to me as an expert in my field, trust me completely with their home, and be ecstatic every time they wake up at home or come home due to the work my company did to their home. In their minds, I want to be the only choice. I also look for the best products to resolve their home's issues and match them with the best installation possible in the industry. I don't try to box people into only one brand, because one brand doesn't solve all issues. All of our products include lifetime warranties and I use the best factory certified and trained installers available.

Yes, we can do remote or online consultations at the customers request via a phone call or a video conference call at no charge. Our consultations do not have to be the 3 to 4 hours in-home consultations where the customer is held hostage by the sales rep. We have honest, fair and transparent pricing, and IF we have a discount, it is a real discount not a sales gimmick.

1. We have switched to allowing everyone to work remotely and closed our formal office (it's now based out of my home). This reduces in person interactions to help minimalize the risk of spreading Covid-19.
2. At the customers' request, we will wear mask and/or gloves while on their premises.
3. If someone is ill, they are off work including the incubation period to ensure they are not contagious.
