I have been avoiding care from a chiropractor for years. I had no real reason for not going except for the stories I made up in my own head. I was getting regular massage but nothing was helping my neck and shoulder area. And then I threw my back out, just days before an overseas trip. Ugh! Nothing seemed to be working, I was in so much pain. A friend highly recommended Dr. Ira so I made an appointment. Within two visits I was doing so much better. By the time I left for the trip I was 95% better. I was walking comfortably again. I'm now a believer of the chiropractic approach and have continued going on a weekly basis.
