By far one of the worst dining experiences in my life. There are many things restaurants need to get right but it must start with the food. If you're going to serve sushi, it must start with the rice. This location misses the mark on this basic of the "East" and it gets worse from there. This not to be forgotten or forgiven experience began with an idea from a work colleague who doesn't use yelp as regularly but trusted the rating. How this location has received the reviews it has is beyond me. To the service team, if a customer orders two rolls but only eats one piece ( that's all it took to decide the rice was of poor quality and not cleaned properly), you should acknowledge that something was wrong with the food. Hands down the best Chinese in germantown, I might even go so far as to say Memphis. The egg rolls are excellent, so are the dumplings. My favorite dish is the Singapore noodles. If you like spicy, tell them and they will kick it up for you. The owners are super nice, and helpful with suggestions. I highly recommend this place. More...

Mu Shu pork was great. I don't eat much so shared with husband and it was plenty. Wish the pancakes were fresh made but I know that is not how most restaurants do it since they are hard to make.
