How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Where East Coast Strength is unique is we partner with you to reach your goals. We don't simply give you workouts for a good sweat and send you on your way. We work with you to find what works best for you based on the consultation process which includes metabolic and movement assessments. We believe in continuous communications to adjust and progress you through your program.
What do you love most about your job?
The best part of being a coach is getting to know people and seeing their progress. I strongly believe this is a relationship based business. Professional coaching is laughing, talking, interacting, empathizing and even goofing off with the client. When I get to know you and you get to know me, we build a trusting partnership that better helps you reach your goals because I better understand the nuances that make you a better version of yourself.

The industry is flooded with personal trainers, coaches, and fitness influencers. Most people I work with have had a couple of years in fitness and/or sport performance.
