My wife and I have been going there since the Doug baker branch opened up. The experience we have had has always been great. Today the experience was different, dirty tables, bath room were dirty and the coffee was bad. I realize there were a lot of new face, but please tell me this will not be a trend. We have allay enjoyed going there and talking with the staff and laughing. There are a lot of good people going their young and old More...

The best breakfast sandwich. Try their bacon, egg and cheddar cheese croissants. YUM! I get their blended coffee drink and they are quick to give me a pup cup when I visit. Love them!

This is always one of my favorite sandwich spots. The pesto panini with tomato soup is a fall/winter favorite of mine.

Tucked away and so many little places to sit or hang with friends. I spend a ton of time here working!

Me and some of my friends went in there to get some food and were harassed and cussed out by a worker during the middle of the day. Horrible experience and will not be returning. More...

Cute but expensive for a sandwich/breakfast bar. Real cute cozy decor though. Food was decent.

My wife and I love east 59 and have been going there since lee branch has opened up. Today was a very up setting day for us . We cannot understand why there was a dog adoption day there inside. It has been a place where bible meeting have taken place, people sitting relaxing in a quite and unique little breakfast place and today was totally just the opposite, noisy, dog barking, etc. we hope this will not become a trend and if so we will look elsewhere for a quite place to relax and have breakfast. A restaurant is no place for dogs. More...

I don't know if this is a hidden gem or I just am out of touch for never having tried it but let me tell you this place has so much to offer. I went to the location in Lee branch near the movie theater and I was so surprised. It's huge and has a great atmosphere of making you just feel really relaxed. They have big tables too for large groups and have rooms in the back for parties possibly? A baby shower was going on when I was there. Plenty of space for parking and comfy unique seating. Enjoyed it as a day date with my husband then took my toddler back and they begged me not to get food to go but to sit at a cool table.Lots of people go to work and study. Good selection of food More...

Great sandwiches, nice vibe. People working hard which I appreciate. Not particularly fast but you can see they are working. Probably understaffed.

I came here for a Hoover Public Library arts and crafts event and was pleasantly surprised at how cute and popular this place is! There are numerous and varied seating areas to accommodate different needs, including large spaces for hosting events and meetings. I had a honey latte and it was just ok. I didn't order any food items but they seem to be good because there were plenty of people eating. It's unfortunate that this is too far for me to visit on a regular basis. I sure wish the west side of Hoover had a Cafe 59. More...

Looking for brunch, lunch, or coffee this is the place. The atmosphere here is phenomenal. Great inside and outside seating. They have an events room which can be rented as well. The food is Shirley made and excellent. Baked goods include the cookies we had today. The quiche is the best around. There is a book drop for the Hoover library and they are scheduling events here at the Cafe as well. Ding miss out on this experience. More...

This place is great! The breakfast is very tasty, I haven't been able to try the lunch items yet. I've tried coffees and teas and everything I've gotten has been wonderful. They have a lot of different flavors. The staff is super friendly, and it's pretty fast. They have a Hoover library pickup and return kiosk. They have a lot of space and a variety of seating options Indoors and out. Great for hanging out and reading a book, or working on a project on a computer. I also love their chalk calendar with different nation days like national bagel day and whatnot. Very cute and cozy little shop with great food and drinks and staff. More...

They're really friendly and attentive and welcoming. The food is always fresh, the coffee is pretty good. The space is comfortable and accommodating for WFH. In an area where there aren't a lot of local businesses, this is a treasure. More...

The server was not nice at all. Like I was doing her a favor by buying something. I also bought iced decaf americano with almond milk and they forgot that. Lots of seating outside! Nice soft sofas and chairs to sit in. Got drink pretty quick. I'll be back. Maybe it was just that one person. Prefer vibe at Panera. They are so nice! More...
