WELLLLLLL ... since I just met the bakers and Easely Done Desserts & More competed in the Cupcake Wars in Ellis County (for a charity event for special needs young adults) and was judged by 40 judges and WON "Best Overall" in the categories of taste, texture, presentation and creativity . ..
