What do you love most about your job?
My job continues to bring opportunity to hold space for many different people, whether for skincare or hands-on energy work and sound healing.
I love the range that I have available to work with clients, and I’m constantly learning through real-life experience and continued education.
What inspired you to start your own business?
2013 I became a licensed Esthetician in Washington and within six years of me being in this career I knew I wanted to dovetail my love for skin with my spiritual background to help people more deeply.
I opened Earth & Ash on December 4, 2020.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I keep up with CDC guidance, continued sanitization and a Molekule air purifier and its patented, light-activated nanotechnology destroys the microscopic organic pollutants like bacteria, viruses (including SARS-CoV-2), mold, and airborne chemicals.

This service is a beautiful combination of hands-on energy work & sound healing.
Before we begin a session, we will discuss intentions and get a clear idea about what’s going on in your world.
Setting intentions is critical; it is a direct activation to facilitate your session correctly. Each session is led intuitively, and everything is for the highest good of all.
My training is in Reiki and LaHoChi energy modalities, and I incorporate sound bowls, gongs, and drumming as needed for each session to assist in syncing the left and right brain hemispheres, regulate the nervous system, and make it easier for more profound relaxation to be achieved.
To break up energy blockages, I use a rattle over the body, and I use a pendulum to scan and check-in and to feel into and around the subtle body. As I break up energy blockages, I will do an energy sweep with a combination of herbs or resins and bring your chakras or energy centers back into alignment, getting energy to flow again. What’s meant to move will move with ease; there is no force or judgment.
Lastly, the gentle power in setting intentions, energy work, and the use of sound have been incredible in sessions!
