From the moment I met Chris, he was so welcoming and passionate about what he does. As someone who is super intimidated by the gym, he has been the best guide and knows how to push you when you don’t think you can do another rep. There are a ton of personal trainers out there and I’ve trained with a couple, but I made the absolute best choice training with Chris. I was 200lbs and 33% body fat when I started, only able to do at-most 5 pushups, I have reduced to 180lbs and 22% body fat and able to do 25 pushups. As far a I am concerned this a great achievement for me. I see changes in my physique and am very satisfied with the training I get. More...

Its extremely important! But you should be able to have a flexible diet and still achieve a lean healthy physique with the proper training.

Accountability! I check in daily with all of my clients! Weekly check ins, measurements and progress pics.

The secret to achieving the physique you desire is consistency and hardwork.

I love being able to provide my clients the education they will need to sustain a healthy lifestyle in and out of the gym.

I was a athlete in high school and college. I also served special forces in the NAVY that's what sparked my interest. Educating people on fitness and watching it change there life is ultimately why I stuck with it.

Because I inspect what I expect from my clients. I provide the support you need on a daily basis to reach your goals. I leave nothing to chance.

Yes I am a online/remote personal coach. I provide all the tools you will need to be successful. You will be provided access to a state of the art fitness app so we can track our nutrition, progress and every workout.

Services

Weekly check-ins will consist of a zoom call so we can go over how the week went. I want to know about your wins and your losses so we can improve. Progress pics will be sent to me every Friday morning so I can make adjustments to your food on a weekly basis. Workouts for the following week will always be sent by the end of each weekend. This will include cardio, stretching, core exercises and glute pumping workouts for the ladies. I ask for 110% effort and I will give you the same in return.

When building your custom meal plans I will take into account your overall goal, current body status and activity. The goal is not to restrict your diet but to teach you how to eat maintain a healthy lean physique. I will educate you on how we find your BMR and MACROS. This way your nutrition is sustainable for your lifestyle.
