Cool old-school style gym. Multiple different areas to train in different capacities. The broken up floor plan makes it feel like a small gym, but with all the equipment of a large gym. Awesome gym with extremely friendly staff. To my knowledge a couple of pro bodybuilders use this gym. Along with some just really big dudes in general. But everybody is really nice and its definitely female friendly. Ask someone for advice and you'll be there all night! Only reason it gets four stars is because my sign-up fees were so high yet they always have deals that waive that same fee. Also, they refused to honor my student discount. This is a very well run gym. Everything is always kept clean and maintained and they have a great selection of exercise equipment, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and various optional exercise programs. Wireless keys are available to enable the use of the facility 24-7 when there is no staff there. The only downside if there is one, is that it does stay fairly busy throughout the entire day, otherwise I have no complaints! More...
