What a fantastic experience. I ordered from California for an ill family member on line. Within a short period of time I received an email with a picture of my actual order just made! So beautiful ! The arrangement ended up being even better than the advertising picture. The flowers were very vibrant and the leaves they used were so green; which gives you the best feeling when you receive it during these winter months. The delivery was prompt and without issue. She as overwelmed by the arrangement and surprised! I appreciated so much that they hand wrote the personal message vs most shops nowadays print them. Gives it a more personal touch. I ordered these online, last minute, this morning at 7:30 a.m. The florist opens at 8:30 a.m. The gorgeous bouquet was delivered to my mom's workplace by 9:30 a. m. with TONS of compliments from her coworkers. I ordered flowers from E Stephen Hein for my wife at the recommendation of the staff of the Gratz Park Inn where we were headed for a weekend in Lexington, and I am glad I listened. The flowers were in our room upon arrival and were simply amazing. Most importantly my wife loved them. They were an outstanding mix of iris, roses, tulips, ranunculus and lilies. The best in the area in the Florist Industry!Stephen is a Gem!! He is SO patient and wonderful to work with! He has a great eye and talent for floral design! He worked with me from the other side of the country to creat the wedding flowers I had invisioned! (I lived in Las Vegas while planning a Wedding in Lexington, KY).
