Dynamite Fitness Training evolved out of my passion for health and fitness in 2012 while I was teaching high school art and earned both my Personal Trainer Certification with American Council on Exercise and Yoga Teacher Certification with Yoga Alliance.

STRONG SAFETY FOCUS Fitness is a great activity, but it can be dangerous. That’s why our instructors have a strong focus on foundation water safety skills in the lessons, teaching your children to be safe and competent swimmers in many situations.
WORKS TO YOUR SCHEDULE I want to make sure your fitness sessions fit around your schedule, which is why I offer a variety of time slots throughout the day.
LEARN AND HAVE FUN Fitness should be fun as well as educational. It is important to me that you learn about healthy living & fitness as we progress, and I never use fear tactics or push you beyond your comfort zone.

Work out! Eating healthy and controlling portion size are an important step towards getting the body of your dreams, but you must also work out! A mixture of cardio, strength training and flexibility sessions will give you those lean muscles and make you feel strong and fit. You don’t need to pay an expensive gym membership to build muscles! I can help you create a great home gym. There are equipment pieces that allow lots of different exercises AND they take up only a corner of your home! So, let’s get you started with a quality workout program and get the body of your dreams!

Knowing that I have the opportunity to help someone live a healthy life through knowledge and fitness is bliss! After all, HEALTH IS WEALTH!

Even before COVID, I knew the power of working one on one with clients and how it added that extra layer of accountability and personalization. During the pandemic many trainers went online. The move to remote training is what set me on a path to becoming a completely independent fitness trainer. I still enjoy working in-person with clients here in Pennsylvania- but my remote sessions are just as GREAT!

My background and experience in health and fitness is vast and varied. I started as a swim coach, and then a cross-country coach. I have had my Personal Training Certification since 2012 with American Council on Exercise as well as my 200 Hour Yoga Certification with Yoga Alliance. I also hold a CPR and AED Certification for both Adults and Children. I hold a Master's Degree in Education and have taken numerous graduate level classes in exercise science and the psychology of motivation and goal setting in health and fitness settings. I have worked with senior citizens and youth and all ages in between in every level and category of fitness. I've worked with clients with disabilities, health issues, smokers, college athletes and clients who run marathons. You are all my favorite and I enjoy watching you all get stronger and wealthy with health!
