Dylan is a fantastic trainer and has really helped me turn my physical fitness around. I had several back, hip and knee surgeries over several years, so I got stiff and out of shape. Dylan patiently worked with me and developed a training plan that took my limitations into consideration.

I’ve lost a lot of weight and I’m now back in martial arts training, all thanks to his help. I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

As a mobility and flexibility coach working with athletes, martial artists, and the general public looking to increase range of motion, having pain free movement, and display feats of flexibility, I've incorporated mobility and flexibility into all of my clients program to aid and assist in building strength, range, and endurance. Through assisted stretching techniques, manual manipulation, and soft tissue work I can provide the service needed for you to get moving and feeling better.

Nutrition is the pillar of success in losing weight, building muscle, and overall longevity of life. For my clients I utilize specific nutritional tactics for you to compliment your time in and out of the gym with quality nutrients that boost your recovery, build muscle, keep you sharp, burn fat, and still enjoy your lifestyle. I incorporate supplementation where needed to boost your immune system, and provide solutions for any opportunities within your regiment.

Behavior playing a vital role into your success, communication is key to understanding where we can improve your success by simplistic systems and guided approaches to you living and feeling a more fulfilled life.
