Lani is out of this world outstanding at shifting and clearing subconscious beliefs that are holding us back.  I went to see her to help with my business which was struggling to say the least and two days later after our session the phone was ringing off the hook and I was fully booked up! !  It was remarkable how quickly everything changed!! I can't even begin to express just how influential, empowering and thorough Lani is in every area of her craft.  She is a wealth of knowledge, gives generously of her talent, and has a deep desire to see every person she works with come up on top of their game and conquer anything and everything that may be holding them back.  Before working with Lani, both in group sessions and one on one, I had just relocated into a new area, with my children, and was in the process of working towards creating a living situation where my fiancé and I could be together, as well as a situation that fostered a healthy transition for the kids.  I was also undergoing a lot of "inner work" and experiencing confusion, impatience and anger while trying to find a way to move into a place of self-empowerment, self-confidence and clarity.After attending her group sessions and working with her one on one, I have since then found and moved into a wonderful new home with my children and fiancé, in an area that suits the needs for us all perfectly! Lani has helped me so much with her life coaching. It is unlike anything I've experienced where she helps you align your conscious goals with you sub conscious actions. I really wanted to grow my businesses identity and for some reason I couldn't. I had all the ideas but the fear of not being perfect would take over and made me do nothing. With her help we found and pulled the issue at the roots. She then gave me weekly assignments to cut the big idea into small bites. After 3 meetings, everything I wanted to accomplish was done. How lucky is Santa Barbara to  have such an exceptional therapist, let alone person! I contacted her via email and within a couple hours she replied back to me answering all of my questions. I wanted to gift a Myofascial Release Massage to my boyfriend for his birthday. However his insane schedule usually makes it very difficult to schedule these types of things for him. I feel like Lani went out of her way to accommodate his fluctuating schedule AND she fit him in on his actual birthday! She is nothing less than compassionate about what she does and that shines through; most definitely making a difference. My boyfriend is from the East Coast and since he has been here on the West Coast he has yet to find a Massage Therapist that has been able to really rid him of pain. He is in the medical field and spends about 80 hours on his feet per week, weighing on his feet, knees, hips, back and neck (wow! he's a mess!)...He had spoken of Myofascial Release before and I had honestly never heard of it. I decided to research it a tad and try and find the best in Santa Barbara and that I did! As soon as he got out of his session, I received a text from him that said, "Wow babe, that was great...Thanks so much."  Later that evening he ranted about how great it felt and what a nice and knowledgeable person Lani was.There is no doubt in my mind that she will be our go-to gal for all of our massage therapy needs. I cannot say enough positive things about her. Please take my recommendation and look no further...Lani is top notch!
