I've worked with a variety of trainers at Crunch and Equinox and can honestly say that Dylan is the best. His workouts are focused, challenging and engaging. His attention to details (i.e. form, weight, reps) is both reassuring and motivating. I came into this training with both knee and shoulder issues and have successfully gained strength and flexibility due in great part to Dylan's knowledge, encouragement and confidence. Outstanding. Very professional, respectful, understands my needs, pushes me but just so much. Very good demeanor, presents well, super clean.
I started with Dylan at the height of the pandemic. We trained outdoors , at 7am in the middle of a ny winter. He’d be on time, at 7 am, 3x/week, wear a mask, wash hands, and then take me to task with weights and jumping rope. Never been more fit. I’m a 60+ year old male.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Every client is different which means wvery client requires a unique approach to fitness and reaching their goals. I pride myself on being able to adapt easily to each clients needs, developing a program that is soecific and unique to them and their own personal goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work and staying motivated. We all want the magic pill that will give us the perfect body but sadly that doesnt exist. However, hard work doesnt have to be miserable. Let me help make this a lifestyle change and not something you despise doing every time
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people feel their best. I was overweight and I know how getting in shape changed my life. The best part isnt even seeing the physical change, its watching the emotional change. Watching someone become happier, healthier, more confident, and have overall better self esteem is the most beautiful thing to watch.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was an overweight kid and always suffered from very low self esteem. Through years of hard work I was able to change my body and my life. I wanted to share this feeling with others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I understand where they are coming from, how they are feeling, and why they are looking for a trainer. I can meet my clients wherever they are physically and emotionally. I also believe in always being punctual. I give every client the same respect and time that I would expect if I were them.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can although I do not prefer too. We can get the job done but there is a missing element to online training. I would prefer if it were a once in a while thing if circumstances stop us fron meeting in person one day.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated and can show proof to anyone who wants it. I also have no problem following any requirements a client may have such as wearing a mask and so on.
Weight loss
I offer weight loss services including high intensity training that is both fun and effective at burning fat. I also offer nutrition counseling to develop healthy eating habits along with a regular exercise routine.
Myscle Building (Hypertrophy)
I offer muscle huilding services for clients looking to put on some extra muscle mass. I also offer nutrition counseling to ensure each clients sees the desired results they are looking for.
Group Fitness/Couples Training
Sometimes its more fun to workout with others. I offer discounted rates for groups or couples looking to workout together. I back this up with years of group fitness experience in a variety of different settings.
Cronic Disease Treatment/Prevention (Heart Problems, Hypertension, Diabetes, etc.)
I offer training that is great for people with health conditions such as the ones I mentioned. Exercise is also excellent in preventing these conditions for people who do not already have them.
Flexibility Training (Stretching)
I have advanced training and education in flexibility and stretching. This allows for better and easier movement, better range of motion, and a feeling over overall wellness
