About

My online self-defense and conditioning training is based on building a strong core, balance, and mobility, along with the basics of movement in combat sports(striking), physical, and mental strength building. You will hone your skills and confidence through combining military training, muay thai ( & other martial arts), and strength, stamina, and endurnace training.

Training effectively and consistently, eating right and drinking lota of water, and everyones favorite; rest and recovery.

The ability to work, teach, and live my passion. Helping others to achieve their goals and strengthen their body and mind.

I provide a different variety of weighted, resistance, and body weight exercises as well as mental training. Along with Muay thai, I have developed a system using specfic training and drills used in the Marine Corps to sharpen and enhance mental fortitude as well as the physical.

Yes I provide online services. Clients prefer to use FaceTime for Iphones, but Zoom or other video call methods work!
