Neha is a bookkeeper with zero experience that I offered to assist because I enjoy helping new bookkeepers. I informed Neha when we initially spoke that I was about to board a plane for a business trip and that I would contact her after I landed and got settled. I spoke to Neha multiple times after landing trying to understand her issue and finally agreed to a zoom meeting the next morning. I unfortunately overslept due to traveling and after waking up I immediately texted Neha to apologize. Neha submitted a request on bark as if she was a client needing bookkeeping assistance for her business. There is a category for those needing assistance like tutoring, which is what she should have requested. I wish Neha well in her bookkeeping business, but I recommend she pays for a mentor to assist her as she continues to grow her business so she is able to service her clients more effectively.
