I’ve been doing text and video sessions with Natalie for a little over year- she is been a true lifesaver! I highly questioned if therapy could be helpful, especially web based therapy, but it really was the best fit for my busy lifestyle. I’ve made a lot of progress with Natalie, she’s very kind and knows The right questions to ask... she texts me responses several times a day, I love being able to reach out to somebody, to help me process what’s going on at that very moment. With therapy that’s just once a week, I didn’t Get to address those moment to moment situations. Having the combination of text therapy and video session each week was a great combination. My anxiety has gotten a lot better, and I feel much more supported in this process. It’s clear that Natalie loves what she does, and she puts her heart and soul into the process- going above and beyond what any other therapist had in the past. Would highly recommend Natalie! My mission is to assist each client in removing perceived blocks and revealing their authentic self. I want to transform the world one person at a time by encouraging a release from shame and fear into unconditional self-love.

My values are love, honesty, compassion, and integrity. This is what I live by. I don’t know any other way.

Psychotherapy, for me, is the creative practice of guiding others to remember who they are before past trauma convinces them otherwise. The study of psychology, and wellness in general, has been a very personal journey. I spent years quietly observing myself and others, eager to understand the source and manifestations of joys, pains, perceived limits, and motivations. By the age of 15, I was a black belt in tae kwon do and intent on pursuing psychotherapy as a career. I earned a bachelor’s degree from New York University and a master’s from Pepperdine in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.

For the first several years of my career, I was a child psychotherapist working with severely emotionally disturbed and traumatized children. Along the way, I became licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist working primarily with children and families. While working with victims of domestic violence, I was driven to explore holistic therapies acknowledging the mind-body connection.

I make it a priority to always be learning and growing by attending relevant workshops and seminars each year. I have hosted many of my own, as well, when I ran community non-profits in Los Angeles and co-owned a holistic wellness center in South Florida offering alternative healing modalities including sensory deprivation, yoga, acupuncture, therapeutic massage, tai chi, qigong, an organic tea bar, and an herbal pharmacy.

I have seen the impact of my clients’ mental, physical and spiritual habits and practices across various aspects of life. By taking into consideration a person’s diet, fitness routines, daily habits, support system, and any spiritual practice, I can better understand how they live their lives.

Over my many years of practicing psychotherapy, I have honed skills in relational, cognitive-behavioral, family systems, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapies. I now work primarily with adults, specializing in relationships, divorce, communication issues, self-esteem, grief and loss, stress management, depression, and trauma. Together we locate the source of the issue and move through to a satisfactory end–without blame, shame, or regret. My goal with each client is to create a non-judgmental and caring environment so it is safe to share the full story of their life and what influences them. By doing this, we work together to optimize learning and growth.

It’s important to feel connected and comfortable with your therapist. I invite you to a free 15-minute phone consultation.

I am a member of the National Association of Divorce Professionals and am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist in both Florida (MT3190) and California (LMFT39260).

I love what I do. I am committed to helping my clients to live joyful and authentic lives.

When you’re ready to confront what it is that’s concerning you, it helps to have a neutral and skilled observer with a fresh perspective. Each person has their own unique experiences, which should serve as a blueprint to inform their life rather than limit. Fear, grief, loss, depression, relationship issues — these are all part of life. There’s no shame in experiencing them. Through identifying traumatic life events and exploring them through the use of various therapeutic interventions, each client uncovers their true nature by aligning their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I help people convert limitations into growth and self-mastery.

Fear is a threat of future loss. It provides information as to where past hurts and wounds are located. When a fear is named it begins to lose its power. Together we work through your fears and identify irrational thoughts, which may be perpetuating the fear. When a fear is understood it can be converted to a goal and becomes strength.

Grief or depression can be triggered by any loss, such as a loved one passing, divorce, breakups, job loss, health issues, moving, and a myriad of other life transitions. Sometimes pain can be so overwhelming that a person seeks comfort in alcohol, drugs, sex, gambling, or food. I get it. There are alternatives to self-harm and we will figure out what works best for you, together.

Divorce and break-ups can be challenging. They often leave more questions than answers, not only about what happened, but who you’ve become as a result. Positive or negative, the transformation can be far removed from who you were. This is a massive opportunity for personal development. Together we will uncover the gift of self-knowledge contained in the end of a relationship with another and bring you back into a conscious relationship with yourself.

Regardless of your reason to pursue therapy, my goal is to help you navigate the road between where you are now and where you want to arrive. Exploring pivotal environmental factors, negative thought patterns, limiting beliefs, the effects of trauma, and behavioral habits will help get you there. You will leave each session with actionable steps — things that may push your comfort zone but you are then ready to do — and we’ll chart your progress together. Let’s get started with a free 15-minute phone consultation.
