Been going here over twenty years and today I experienced unsatisfactory service. Waited 35 minutes after scheduled appointment time to only experience the lack luster facial and microdermabrasion services. Machine broke, was not offered hand mitts or bolster. Technician said not a word and only offered two passages over limited areas of the face during treatment. Benign personality Minimal and sloppy massage attempts. What should have e been a pleasant experience ended with $55 bucks out of my pocket. I wasn’t even offered the opportunity to give in person feedback!!!! Save your money for a few dollars more ho to a licensed esthetician … !!!!!!! More...

super bad service. The first appointment I had for a facial was canceled, I made another appointment and when I arrive at the place they tell me that my girls cannot enter after they have to wait for me outside alone

Cosmetology Services
All cosmetology services are performed by students under the supervision of a licensed Instructor.There will be a consultation between the student, instructor, and yourself at the beginning of cosmetology services, and the instructor will be overseeing the salon student training area. You may ask to speak to the instructor at any time during your service.
