This will be the second time i have used Condor Moving Systems for a move. As usual the service was great!! My dear friend Big Jessie always takes good care of my stuff when relocating me. I selected Condor Moving Systems to relocate me from Arlington to San Antonio they did a great job! From the first time I spoke to Mario at the office i was convinced that this was the mover I was going to use. on pickup day everything went very smooth as they took inventory of all of my furniture items and boxes. I was very impressed with the time and care that went into wrapping my furniture. The following day I received my household goods in San Antonio. So when deciding on a moving company I looked online and luckily found Condor Moving Systems and called them to see what they had to offer. I spoke to a young lady named Joan who was able to provide me with a quote and all the necessary info abt my move. I called her back and went ahead and scheduled my move for a Monday morning and was very happy with the movers and the quality of work they provided. It took almost 3 weeks to receive my items but this was expected as it was the holiday season and it was kinda a last min decision. When choosing a moving company weather its in-town or long distance cross-country you should look into the services Condor Moving Systems has to offer. They were able to provide me a great price for my mothers relocation to her retirement home in FL. They were so polite to us and careful with her belongings. she was very worried abt some of the furniture items she had and Big Jessie told us he would handle the stress and double wrapped the items of concern and this made my mother very happy. When relocating my tattoo shop i needed a moving company that could get in and out of chicago without hastle toll fees, shuttle fees, etc. I needed a no nonsense company that i didnt have to worry about. So i called Condor Moving Systems to handle my shop move. This was the best decision i could have made and i want to share how well this company runs. I had no time to deal with BS. When I decided to move from Dallas to Denver last month I needed a reputable company to do this. I did not have time to go back and forth and waist time on the phone so I decided to call Condor Moving Systems and get the job done right the first time. I spoke to a very nice lady named Maj who was able to provide me with a great price for my size move. When the movers arrived i was introduced to a gentleman named "Anthony" who was the foreman for my move. He was very polite and helpful as well as he instructed his crew to work I appreciated his attention to detail and the care that went into wrapping my furniture for the journey. After everything was loaded I was told to expect abt a 10-12 day delivery time because of the holidays and this was expected. So 12 days after they picked up my items the truck arrived in Denver at my new home. As expected everything was smooth sailing at delivery. Once all of my items were unloaded and my checklist was completed the move was complete and I was very happy with my service so I called Maj back and expressed my opinion and I also wanted to give the a review on there great company. I asked my best friend who she used for her move to the city (San Fran) two years ago because she had such a great experience and she told me to call Condor Moving Systems. I made the decision based on that and was i glad i did. I was moving from Ogden UT to the city. I was so happy with the care to detail the took at the new loft apartment that just had new floors put in as well as fresh paint. I was very picky when the delivery driver showed up and i feel bad because i was a little bossy but they did not seem to mind they just kept there heads down and kept working. thanks again guys for all of your help. I relocated from Arlington TX to Los Angles CA last month and wanted to share my moving experience. I used a very reputable company Condor Moving Systems and had a great experience. From the moment i called them they were able to meet all my needs, dates , times , packing services, and delivery needs. Doug was my senior moving consultant there and he was very polite and help me schedule my move. When the movers arrived on my pickup date i was introduced to the foreman Big Jessie who was a very nice man who asked me questions about preferences and showed me my itemized list as he and the crew loaded all my stuff onto the large moving truck. This is our second move with Condor.  I would not have used them a second time if the first time hadn't gone so well.  The first time was from Arlington, Tx to Woodstock, GA.  The second move was from Arlington, Tx to Ft. I would give 10 stars if I could!  We have used Condor TWICE for cross-country moves (2015, and 2018), and they have taken PHENOMENAL care of us.  Being former military, I've moved a lot, and I've NEVER had more professional movers.  Their OWNER, Amit has personally taken care of us, and calls us regularly, and Salvador did a wonderful job scheduling everything accurately.  Their team leader Jessie is an absolute pro, I would trust him to pack up our house and valuables ALONE.  This man has integrity and character!  NEVER a broken item, always on time or ahead of schedule.  If you're moving across TX, or across the country, PLEASE call Condor.  Best prices, best service, period.  I have recommended Condor to ALL my friends, and I really don't fear our next move -- Condor has taken the stress out of it! We highly recommend Condor Moving!After a horrible  experience with Byron Cowling Moving of Lubbock, Texas who was hired by an ex partner to move and store our belongings, we hired Condor Moving of Arlington, Texas to move our stored belongings out of our rented storage facilities. When moving and placing our belongings in storage Byron Cowling Moving hid damage to our antiques, partially dismantled furniture making each vulnerable and broke off pieces they lost, moved and damaged the contents of many of  70 plus boxes of fragile items they weren't supposed to move, and charged us for blankets they did not use or leave in our storage just so they could deceptively drive up the cost of our move. Condor Moving helped us photograph and then repair the antiques Byron Cowling Movers broke and hid, they somehow found pieces to replace our furniture hardware Byron Cowling Moving lost so we could get our furniture back to functional,  and they then helped us photograph the mess and damage Byron Cowling Moving did when Bryon Cowling Moving of Lubbock, Tx stored our belongings. Each and every staff member of Condor Movers of Arlington, Tx restored our faith in mankind with everything they did. They were orderly, professional, well mannered and properly managed. Moved from Houston, TX to Orange County, CA. From beginning to end everybody I spoke with has been extremely courteous and professional. I suppose everyone can have a different experience with a company. Personally, our experience with Condor was nothing short of amazing! Jessie, Mario and the crew were phenomenal. I had to deal with the move myself as my wife had to be in California at the new house. I had an injury and couldn't do much. The guys went above and beyond to help me. Everything was loaded in one day. The truck left Saturday afternoon from Dallas and arrived in San Diego on Tuesday. They unloaded the truck on Wednesday and to my surprise, not a single item was broken or scratched. I was moving from Ft Worth Tx. to Casa Grande AZ. Got 3 quotes on the move and Condor was higher than Mayflower. I called Amit and he lowered his price. I liked him and now he was the lowest bid so I went with Condor.The pickup was amazing. Very speedy but took care to treat all our belongings with Care using blankets and special boxes. Since we were going to build we needed to store our furnishings in their warehouse. They gave me a fair price and took excellent care of our things. I wanted to take a moment and share with the world the awesome experience I had with condor moving systems. Initially when I researched about a company to move I found condor and called them I was a bit concerned about some of the reviews but the sales person advised me that they've been in business for 14 years and usually happy customers don't write down a review MAKES SENCE so I've done my math and if a company is doing 2500 moves a year what's a few bad reviews I trusted my instincts and I went with condor the reason why I'm writing a review it's because I've moved a lot but I've never been taking care this way before respectful guys clean new and equipped trucks amazing customer service the crew made sure I understand everything and pretty much told me to sit down and stay out of there way let me tell u guys something they worked so hard as a team and took care of my family played with my kids it felt like I know them I loved it and it made our move smooth and fun. I would like to share my experience with Condor.  Now, let me start by saying that 10 years ago I moved across the country and had a horrible experience with a moving company.  It was terrible and said they would have a garage sale if I didn't pay them an extra 2K so needless to say, I was terrified to move again and hire a company.  I thought about driving a u-haul simply because I was scared but I knew that wasn't safe for anyone.  So, I decided to get 5 quotes from 5 good companies.  I was very accurate with my inventory as that is biggest issue is not being accurate with inventory.  One of the big companies actually told me about Condor which was quite surprising but we talked a lot when he came out and he said I was just paying for their big name.  So, I called Condor though I had never heard of them and decided to go with them.  I talked with Sal and he was very nice and again, my inventory list was spot on.  I even over did it and called 3 days before pick up with my updated list and Sal redid my quote (lower) and that was that.  Not all is perfect so I want to share good and not so good.  They scheduled a pick up window on Friday from 2-4.  They didn't show up until 6:15PM and didn't leave until 10:15 so that was disappointing but things happen.  Now, they told me 7-10 days for delivery but I never caught 7-10 business days.  I moved to Florida so even after they corrected me I thought, well surely they make a lot of trips to Florida so it won't be that long.  Keep in mind I never caught "7-10 business days"  I just heard 7-10 days but that's fine.  They didn't show up until the 10th business day.  So, I was here in Florida for 2 weeks with no furniture so while I couldn't be mad, that was disappointing.  However, the team that unloaded as awesome.  They were quick and friendly.  Nothing was broken...nothing.  I am pretty sure that my items were moved 4 different times so that is awesome to say the least.  I will give credit to myself for awesome packing but still, come on that is great!  Overall, I would highly recommend this company.  NO company is perfect but I will tell you, that I am pleased.Oh, my quote didn't change.  The quote I got is what I paid and how often do you hear that More...

I would like to share my great experience with Condor Moving with my move from Texas to Illinois. I was very concerned about the different reviews I read, but since I had a very tight budget, I decided to go with them anyway. Alicia Beamon took care of me; she was very friendly, we discussed all my concerns openly, and she was willing to include everything discussed in the contract. She was also always available to answer my questions.The pickup and delivery went smoothly. I had a wonderful experience with Condor Moving Systems.  I had initially contracted with some other moving company that I firmly believe was a scam operation.  While the other company was in my home, I called Condor to get their opinion.  Amit got on the phone with me, quoted a price, and said he could have a truck at my home in 2 days.  When Mario and his crew showed up, they were professional, hard working, friendly and efficient.  They went out of their way to provide assistance at every turn.  I was told that my delivery would happen in two days (it was a 1200 mile move.)Delivery went off without a hitch, the price Amit quoted was never changed and the office staff at Condor answered all my questions.I would highly recommend Condor and will use them again if they opportunity arises. I Hired Condor Moving for my long move all the way from Dallas TX to Detroit,MI with these guys,Am very much concerned about the high moving rate but theses guys gave me very affordable quote. .. not a penny more than the quote and the Contract mainly in the quote Nisrine helped me a lot. I used Condor Moving Services for 2 different out of state moves (leaving Texas) within the last 6 months and each and every item was extremely well packed and arrived at its destination in the same condition it was prior to the move.  For both of my recent moves, Condor's crews showed up on the day that was promised and I appreciated being able to schedule my move-out date with "date certainty."  From what I understand, movers not showing on a promised date sometimes happens so, in my mind, Condor showing up as promised was a big plus for me.  The are reliable, reliable, reliable. While not the absolute lowest priced company I might have used, I felt Condor's pricing was very competitive and, based on my experience, they are a very good value for one's money, I don't think you could go wring if you were to hire Condor for your next move. I recently used Condor for my move from Houston to Austin.  From the time of booking through the actual move, it was a very pleasant experience.  Mario handled all of my needs prior to the move and then Anthony was the foreman for the three man crew on the day of the move.  They arrived at the scheduled time and dealt with a very rainy Houston while loading my stuff.  They worked very efficiently and had my three-story townhouse loaded very quickly.  They also adjusted to working in tight spaces when unloading at my new place in Austin.  Overall very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend them! True Professionals, we just needed to stay out of their way!I have moved many times over the last 27 years of my career and this was one of the best moves to date.   Mario, Patrick, and Joe were awesome.  From start to finish everything was what I expected.  Alicia went through the inventory over the phone and gave me a solid estimate and clearly explained their process.   Cost was very reasonable, actually it was just over half of what the POD cost would have been for moving from Dallas to Florida. We needed a local Austin move from a 3bdrm apt. to a 3bdrm house 10 min. away. We received a quote & paid a deposit a couple of weeks in advance.  The move was 7/8 but we were calling the company on 7/6 to confirm arrival time and that everything was good. The day prior we are told the team would be there between 10-2pm...odd time but ok, hate it for the drivers because it would be hotter than a volcano! Fortunately, Big Jessie and his team arrive and started by 9:15am. They soft packaged tufted beds, leather dressers/nightstand, W/D and took special care of very high end pieces. They were methodical in loading items and ensured that labeled boxes were placed in the correct room. I moved from Fort Worth TX to Rochester NY in May 2015. I had done my fair amount of research before selecting a moving company. There were plenty of companies that were offering services for few hundred dollars less than Condor but what made them stood apart was that they were the only full service company unlike most others. I see plenty of negative reviews on these guys about how customers were given surprise charges after the final estimate upon the date of moving. Here is the thing, be prepared with all your stuff and do NOT add additional items to your move because that will end up in higher costs. For example, I had been quoted an amount for my entire 1 bedroom apt move which included, Full living room and bedroom set. I included my mirror as well but I did not PACK it for safety therefore condor charged me extra for it. Guess what? It was on me, it was my responsibility and I agreed to the extra amount. Upon arrival of my stuff 15 days after, Everything was in place except for my coffee table legs. The mover told me that it was his mistake and he will find them for me along with the rest of the remaining delivery and ensured he will mail them to me through FEDEX. I got the legs a week later, no biggie, and that is the only REASON I'm giving condor 4 stars instead of 5. The arrival transaction was smooth as expected, the movers were really helpful in making sure they get everything right the first time without damaging anything. the first 12 or 13 steps (not sure now) are free for 2nd floor movers, and after that you WILL pay additional. This summer when my husband landed his dream job in Seattle, we knew we didn't want to move out our 4-bedroom house in Dallas and travel with it for almost 3,000 miles.  This was our first experience with hiring movers. Hubby had to move almost immediately after receiving his job, so I handled most of the move logistics myself. Now, I had no idea what I was doing. I talked to soooo many moving companies. I had six come out to the house to give me an estimate, but emailed and talked over the phone with a lot more than that. Since I didn't know a whole lot about moving companies, I figured I'd learn something with everyone I talked with....I wasn't just being crazy...right?When Condor came to do my home estimate, they were the first company that came out that I actually liked. They were personal, friendly, and they generally cared about their clients. Amit, who came out for the estimate, gave me a lot of moving advice that none of the other companies would even skim through. I felt completely comfortable and at ease with him and Condor. Since hubby was gone, that was huge bonus. Forward a few weeks and we're at the weekend of the move. My move was scheduled for Saturday, August 1. I closed on my house the day before, my nephew was being baptized on Sunday, and I had to be out of the house on Monday. Friday rolls around and I get a call saying that they are behind schedule...but instead of moving my move date, which they could have easily done (and I feel like any other company would have), the owner of the company  grabbed a few of their warehouse guys and came out and moved me just so I could get moved on Saturday. I was so impressed with this level of customer service. They truly just want to make their clients happy. Now on to delivery. Our items arrived in the window of time they estimated. The driver called us about 24 hours before they arrived (as promised). They unloaded everything in about two hours asking exactly where we wanted everything. We did have a couple damages - nothing major, but Condor covers your items 100 percent so we're not worried about it and due to their high level of customer service, I know that we'll be taken care of. And really, we moved almost 3,000 miles away and these guys are awesome. I strongly recommend Condor to anyone who is moving. They made the process so much easier.
