I called Thursday to see if they could do a move in clean on Saturday. The house is huge and was filthy but the movers are coming Sunday, and we couldn’t clean it all in time. Friday, the manager came out to size up the job. Saturday, we had a whole crew there. They even mopped the walls! They cleaned inside drawers and cabinets. Every person I spoke to, from the owner to the staff, was courteous, and helpful in explaining the services I should expect. Maria and Helen arrived on schedule today and did the deep clean service in the home I just purchased. They did a fantastic job and I am thoroughly pleased. Delighted with Dust Busters' service! I just got rid of another service that kept making the same little annoying mistakes, even after corrections. I had interviewed Dust Busters before I hired this other company a year ago, because of a $5 difference in the bi-weekly rate. Well, you definitely get what you pay for. Yesterday, Jordan and Maria came in and everything was done PERFECTLY! My most particular item is my bed, it was made exactly right (I'm one with a lot of pillows and accessories) without my having to supervise anything. Complete professionals, incredibly detail-oriented, I couldn't be happier. I loved that they did a walk-through review with me when they were done, asked pertinent questions as needed and were very concerned about my satisfaction. Absolutely FANTASTIC Job!! We hired the Dust Busters team to scrub our home from top to bottom before we listed it for sale. Jordan & Jessica did an amazing job and went above and beyond. They were courteous, professional, extremely thorough and FAST! I still don't understand how they were able to clean the entire house in 4.5 hours, when last year's spring cleaning took us six days!After arriving just before the promised time, both Jordan & Jessica quietly set about their tasks and remained focused throughout their entire time in our home. Not once did we see them take out a cell phone for calls, texts, FaceBook, etc. They came to work and work they did! We checked after they left to see if they missed anything and couldn't find a single spot they didn't spruce up.The team cleaned everything (and we mean EVERYTHING) from top to bottom, and when we inquired about windows (which we forgot to ask about during the free estimate) they assured us it wasn't a problem to add on the service. We were so happy and impressed by their work, we were ready to schedule the same team to return for weekly touch-up service before they even left!We found Dust Busters' rates to be fair & competitive with other professional cleaners, and they came prepared with all of their own supplies, tools, etc. The chemicals they used seemed to be of very good quality and left a light, pleasant, and clean scent in our home.If you're looking for a seriously good clean from an absolutely great team, we definitely recommend Dust Busters!Who ya gonna call? He was able to get Pamela Funk out there that same day for an estimate and then go back to next day for the cleaning.
