Phil is the best of the best. He is a top tier fitness trainer with the knowledge and experience of what it takes. Phil’s passionate approach to help his clients is remarkable and always backs them up with the motivation and discipline required to succeed. Must recommend!

Phil is a great trainer. He talks from experience as is obvious from his impressive physique. He has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable about bodybuilding and nutrition. I trained in martial arts for 38 years and am a certified instructor but I had limited experience with weights. I have learned a lot from Phil training with him now for nearly 2 years usually 3 days a week. He has also been helpful with modifying workouts to deal with injuries. I have a stressful job as an attorney and also have juvenile diabetes since I was a child. I talk to Phil about health related issues and nutrition all the time. His workouts help me feel stronger and keep my blood sugar and stress in control. I feel noticeably more muscular in my arms, back, and chest since working with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a serious trainer for competition or anyone with no experience or medical concerns, who might be worried about starting a new training routine. I am thrilled to write a raving review for Phil as a fitness coach. Phil is more than just a coach, he is a true fitness guru who is passionate about helping his clients achieve their fitness goals. I can confidently say that he has given me all the tools I need to succeed.

Under Phil's guidance, I have been able to achieve a level of fitness that I never thought possible. Not only am I leaner and more muscular than ever, but I also have more energy and stamina than I ever did before. I feel amazing, both inside and out.

One of the things that really sets Phil apart is his meal plans. They are spot on! He knows exactly what foods and nutrients my body needs to reach its maximum potential. Not only that, but his recipes are delicious and easy to follow. I have never felt deprived or hungry while following his meal plan.
