Just after you have had your fill of Barbecued Pork you ask for the Banana Pudding. This non threatening cup of delicious pudding hits the table and half way through you start to figure out how much is in the cup. You won't accept anything less than success so eat until it is gone, then ask your wife to drive home so you can lay down in the back seat because you are so full. Great place to eat. More...

My employee and I stopped by Duncs today for lunch on our way home from work. We arrived at 10:50. (10 minutes early) A sweet man walked outside 5 minutes before opening and said “Hey y’all, were so glad you’re here today. Get out and come on in- let’s get this party started.” I loved his hospitality!! We were greeted inside by the rest of the staff. (Very friendly) Awesome atmosphere! The owner (the man who greeted us outside) talked with us and I truly loved this mans heart and customer service. It honestly was the best part of our time there. We got our food Togo. We had Duncs cater our wedding on September 12 and to say the least, we were not at all pleased with our experience. Robin, the catering coordinator was very attentive and informative at the beginning which was the main reason we opted to utilize their catering service apart from the rave reviews and getting a much more budget friendly bid from a local resteraunt. However, they arrived 10 mins prior to me walking down the aisle and were scrambling to get everything out and set up... the set up was messy. After the ceremony, while our guests were eating, we got many complaints and mad faces because the food was cold, as in out of the fridge cold. Everything was set up at 5-5:10pm... dinner started at 5:40 and it was already that chilled. We had many guests leave hungry and dissatisfied to the point they left our reception early to go have dinner elsewhere. This is not only unfair to our guests but also to us whom paid for everyone to have a meal together, and were supposed to be celebrating a very special day with friends and family...instead we were saddened by the amount of people that left due to hunger. When I contacted Robin the following Monday(the 14th) we were met with excuses as to why the food may or may not have been hot as well as an attitude of "its not our problem". When I asked for my tip money back as a resolution to the issue we heard nothing back and still have not to this day. This is very shocking behavior and is unexpected given their reputation. We will be hosting a reception soon for those who could not attend our wedding as well as many other family functions and sadly we will not be utilizing nor recommending Duncs. More...

Dunc’s BBQ has got to be hands down the best BBQ we have here in Newnan. The portions are big. It’s always hot and fresh. The owner is top notch and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and well taken care of . Customer services is hard to come by these days. We’re very impressed. My husband got us lunch today from Dunc's and we were both disappointed. We shared a brisket plate and the brisket literally had no flavor to it. It tasted like it was cooked in the oven with no seasoning on it. Did someone forget to season a brisket or is this how it usually is? If this is how it usually is, we won't be back. This is our first time visiting this BBQ Kitchen and let's just say it was amazing. My husband had the pulled pork and brisket and he said it was great. We took advantage of Dunc’s neighborhood delivery system tonight with some of our neighbors. We ordered the turkey, Mac and cheese and green beans. It was THE BEST delivery meal we’ve had and my toddlers devoured it! Dunc's catered a little Birthday party we had for my mom this past Sunday. I cannot say enough good things about them. The food was all delicious and Steve was awesome to work with. He handled all the delivery and set up. All we had to do was eat, drink and celebrate. Several people have commented that it was the best BBQ meal they've ever had and I'm still thinking about the delicious strawberry shortcake!
