Frankie was my sons trainer throughout high school, and up until he left for college. I appreciated his well rounded approach to meeting my sons fitness goals. He not only taught him proper lifting technique, but how to adjust his training according to his goals at the time. Frankie taught my son alot about the importance of proper nutrition while training and how meal planning and prepping affects results. Frankie will always find a way to adjust a work out session to fit your inviduals needs, while at the same time effectively making your workout meet the goals. It makes it stress free to have him as a coach. Frankie holds you accountable and will challenge you. He is flexible, fun, and encouraging. He listens to your concerns and is incredibly patient! Q&As

You will move through basic movement patterns, then I will make them harder with time. Simple right? The hard part is,.. to get you to love the process. This varies person to person. I have to find your strengths and weaknesses and have you work on them. I have to understand you and how fitness and health can get you to where you want to be.

There is no secret. You have to like to work. Sorry there is no other way around it.

I love to see my clients progress. Best of all to see them continuing fitness even after. Because once you reach the goal, you just started and hopefully you are bit by the bug hard enough to make it part of your life.

I worked with big companies like Fitness Connection and 24hour. They did not want us to do actual training. They just wanted us to sell it. Although I do enjoyed being paid just like everyone else that's not why I became a fitness professional. I love working with people and creating a great environment for my clients learn better ways to increase their Performance/fitness goals.

I believe I am a great choice because I specialize in this field. This is not my hobby. This is not a side gig. My full focus even when I go home at night is to make my clients better through the latest research in performance training and human physiology.
