I worked out the Ben for a couple years, 3 times a week. He pushed me to do better each time we met. He had me set goals each week and then followed up. He took notes each time we worked out so there was no guessing what weight to use the next time I worked out. Ben is legit!!! More...

I believe in tangible progress. Tracking all of your workouts and body composition is the most important thing when trying to reach your goals. Only with reliable data can we know what you need to change to reach your goals.

Go to sleep. Realistically that is the only place where most people will get the body of there dreams. But if you get started with solid training principles you will be amazed at how quickly you will see progress both mentally and physically.

I love being able to rip through all of the different myths that are out there about health and fitness. It allows my clients to be able to focus on what is important and get amazing results.

I wanted to be able to train my clients the way that is most effective, and I found a couldn't do that with the structure and streamlining that comes along with big business.

As a trainer with education, credentials, and a background in online and in-person training, I have the experience to know how to coach you to your goals.

I provide online personal training through my app, which includes nutrition coaching as well as self-guided workouts.

All of the training is online and over text. But of course I will wear a mask if asked;)

I will work with you to create a program that will get you to whatever fitness goal you have. Then moving forward I will constantly adjust the plan to make it work for you, and to keep you progressing.
