From our first meeting with Duet, we were blown away by Jennifer's positive attitude, willingness to help with anything and overall knowledge. Being a wedding planner myself, it was difficult to let go of control but having Jennifer with me every step really made the process seamless. She worked with us to create a custom menu for our guests and handled 280 plated meals (guests got to choose) flawlessly. Any issues that arose I never knew about. From the beginning she had high attention to detail, so there wasn't much needed from me on the wedding day which was wonderful. Not to mention, their prices were incomparable to other companies out there. I would definitely recommend Duet to any couple out there - they went above and beyond and far exceeded our expectations. Duet catered my outdoor cocktail style wedding reception. Since the reception the first people do when they see me is rave about how delicious the food was at our wedding. They all say the same thing, "I have never had food so good at a wedding" The Chef's at Duet do not disappoint and Jen, the wedding coordinator has a fine eye for detail and truly wants to help you realize the vision you have for your unique event. I cannot recommend Duet Catering enough. Jennifer their wedding coordinator is simply the greatest. Not only was she easy to work with, she is kind and compassionate. After having booked Duet for an August, 2015 wedding, we had to move up the date two months and with very short notice due to my father’s illness. Jennifer and the entire team at Duet, moved heaven and earth to make sure I had a great day and my father was comfortable. She worked with the church and hall to get everything rescheduled. Because our minister was out of town on the rescheduled date, Jennifer stepped in and officiated the wedding. She did a tremendous job at it too. I was having difficulties with getting a cake and Jennifer took care of that too. I don’t know what I would have done without her. Even if the food had sucked, I would have been happy with the customer service of Duet but…the food was tremendous! I had tons of compliments on the food which we did as a buffet. In particular the wild mushroom ravioli, which was the vegetarian option, was everyone’s favorite. Anyone getting married or having a catered event would do themselves and their guests a favor by hiring Duet Catering. Outstanding, above and beyond, wonderful, unflappable, tasty, professional, awesome, are just a few of the words to describe my experience with Jennifer, Pamela, and the entire staff at Duet Catering.
