To the staff at the Sioux Falls Location, Words cannot express the gratitude and appreciation my family and I have towards your restaurant. On Saturday July 24th the caterer we had hired over a year in advance and had done a final walk through two days prior to the event did not show up to cater the sit down reception we had after the wedding ceremony. There was no response or remorse from him even after confronting him in person at his new venue just a couple of blocks from the reception site. A couple of supporting family members and I went into panic mode, we had roughly a little over an hour to get food for over 80 guest. We all started calling around and everywhere we called we were given the same response we are sympathetic to your situation but it would be impossible to put together that much food in that short amount of time. When we reach out to Famous Dave’s they were also very sympathetic to our situation but they started to see what they could do to help us out. When it looked like that it might be tough to do the manager kept problem solving on how they could make it work. Then to our amazement the manager told us we can make it happen be here in 30 minutes and we will have some food for you. They were able to pull together enough ribs, pulled pork, bakes beans, coleslaw, their awesome muffins. The food was amazing hot and delicious! There were nothing but good things said about the food during and after the meal. I would be naïve to not believe that this did not cause a hardship to all the staff that assisted in putting our order together in the short turnaround time. I am forever grateful to each and every one of you that assisted during the process!. I would recommend your restaurant to anyone and I hope that anyone reading this will support your crew by dining there or utilizing your catering services sometime in the future. food was average at best, then server had to check to see if we could even get the dessert item that's on the menu, and oh wait to top it of went to leave the parking space and had one of their rebar stake rips of our front bumper on our jeep. did I pull to far forward maybe, but the bar wasn't even in the pylon that was in the space crooked. Then they want to play 20 questions about why I am parked in a handicap space anyways. SORRY FAMOUS DAVE'S NEXT TIME I WILL TELL MY WIFE WHEN WE GO SOMEWHERE SHE CAN'T USE HER TAG TO PARK IN A HANDICAP SPACE!!!!! OH AND SINCE BEST YOU CAN DO IS MAYBE A FREE MEAL OR TWO. MAYBE BEST WE CAN DO IS NEVER COME BACK AND TELL EVERYONE WE KNOW NOT TO COME THERE ESPECIALLY IF THEY USE A HANDICAP SPACE!!!!! More...

Our table of four waited over an hour for our food. The restaurant was not even close to 1/2 full. Maybe 5 other tables with people. Getting a prompt refill was out of the question.
