I had never heard of Dry Plus Roofing before. I am very pleased that I used them. I had gotten quotes from other companies. Some were a little higher and some not. I went in the middle of the road and chose Dry Plus Roofing even though I found them to be pretty much on the high side. The technicians worked pretty well. They showed up promptly and worked on the roof repairs very fast. So far, so good. It has not rained yet and I really do not know how good of a job they did until I can check it from leaks. Dry Plus Roofing had put on our roof when we had an issue with it many years ago. One area recently appeared flat and we had them come out to check it over. They honored their workmanship and what they matched was the wrong color. They tried putting another layer over the existing roof and it was too light and noticeable from the street. They came back and did it over again and now it looks great! After that, we had a tree branch fall on our skylight. Dry Plus Roofing came out and repaired all around the tree for the time being. Once we had the tree branch removed, the technicians returned and patched all the way around the area with new shingles. The company offers great customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The recent patching did not cost us anything extra. The company went half with us. Years back, I did call around to a few companies and their pricing was right in the ballpark of what the other companies were charging at the time. The cost of the skylight seemed reasonable and of course, that was not an issue having anything to do with their previous work. Fantastic outfit. These guys worked very quickly, getting the job done in high style while we were away for a week. They're really good about customer service, and I have a story to share by the way of example. We'd accidentally left our Jeep parked a little too close to the house, which interfered with their work. We were probably going to have to call a towing company to move the Jeep, but the Dry Plus crew figured out how to move the Jeep on their own, saving us towing fees. Also, several months later, when we decided to sell our house, they agreed to allow us to transfer their workmanship guarantee to the new homeowner for no additional charge. (True, they reduced the length of the guarantee term quite significantly, but I thought the deal was fair nonetheless.) As for the workmanship on the roof, it was second to none. We were so pleased with their work, we're hoping to hire them to replace the roof on the home we are purchasing down the street as well. This is not a bargain-basement shop, but we think their pricing is fair and competitive. More...

Had DryPlus come out to house to review damaged patio roof and partial roof area. Excellent response time, friendly inspection and prompt delivery of written estimate. Work was done by professional guys in a timely manner and while exceeded estimate by a small amount - that was built into the statement and no surprise. 6 months later, rains and sun, work is excellent and looks great. Dry Plus Roofing did a fantastic job for us. This was not our first time using their services. We have had Keven out here to the house. He is always polite and nice. Everything with them is seamless from start to finish. When we call the office for an appointment the staff is friendly and accommodating. They are able to schedule us quickly. The technicians are prompt, polite and professional. They are able to assess the problem quicly and effectively. They take the time to explain their findings from the assessment to us as well as what they can do to fix it. They also take the time to answer any questions we have for them. Their pricing is reasonable. We did have a water leak within a week but they were proactive and came back out to take care of it. There was a problem with the condensation line but they fixed that as well. They also came out recently to do some repair work after a storm. They have been reliable, prompt and wonderful about finishing jobs and fixing any problems. The technicians worked very diligently even in the hot weather and got things done quickly. Dry Plus Roofing did a superb job for me! This was my first time using their services. I found them on Angie's List. Everything went great throughout the whole process with them. Their staff is friendly and accommodating when I called in for the consult. I have three separate sections of roofing that are tile. I had them replace one of the sections. It turned out great, it looks like everything matches and you would never know which one was replaced. The workers were prompt, polite and professional. They worked very hard in extreme heat to finish the job. They were careful to protect our outdoor possessions and furniture. They cleaned up well and were very tidy. From start to finish every person I dealt with was courteous and professional. The owner arrived at the time we agree on to give the estimate. He was through and experienced. His bid was several hundred dollars less than the next competitor. The work was done as promised. The crew took precautions to make sure the debris from the old roof did not damage patio furniture. They hauled away the debris and left no trace. Heath did a great job explaining the job as it progressed and Butch is a master craftsman. I asked Dry Plus Roofing to do a complete re-roofing job on my home. They were to tear off the old roof, and then put on the new one. They did a good job for me. They were on time, and their workers were nice people. They were good about picking up all the debris. I had some concerns about one part of the roof, and whether or not it was covered by their scope of work agreement. They were willing to come back out and take care of it for me. I then discovered that it was not something covered by their agreement after all, and called them back and told them to forget it. I'm very happy with Dry Plus Roofing. They reroofed a portion of my 4,000 sq. ft. home. They reroofed the north slope of my two-story house. It's a pitched roof with concrete tile. They were quick and professional. They cleaned up after themselves every day. I live in a home with a foam roof that has to be recoated every five years. Dry Plus Roofing did a modest recoating job on the flat roof. They did a good job thus far. The foam has got to cure out for about a week before I can walk on it, but so far it looks fine. We had some weather issues, so it got delayed a little bit longer than originally planned, but that's certainly understandable. I think Dry Plus Roofing offers excellent service and quality workmanship. I just had them come out to my home to put on a new layer of shingles on top of the existing roof. I did not meet the technicians personally, but I went out afterward to inspect the roof and everything turned out great. I would recommend the company and I do believe I would use them again, as I had used them prior to this visit. Responsive, friendly and no nonsense; The entire process with DRY PLUS was very efficient and communicative both on the phone and in person. The estimate was given promptly after I called and was visited at the house for the patio roof inspection. We hoped for 6 weeks but in 8 weeks we had workers at the house on time. They completed the job in almost 1/4 the time anticipated. Cleaned up all debris and were open to explaining the process and completion. I have already referred them to another friend. Nice job. Dry Plus Roofing recently came out to my home for the first time. I thought I would give them a try, so I had them come out to give me a complete estimate on the work I needed. The estimator guy said we had a leak to be repaired. They would have to remove orange tile at the overhang over my front door, repair the leak and then put back the tile. So the day came and the workmen came out to do the project. The work turned out great! After they finished they explained that the estimate guy had only quoted me for half of the repair above the front door. The technicians said that I really should have had all of the tiles replaced, not just half. Now I am going to have to plan on having the second half of the job done. I was pretty annoyed by all of this and wish that the guy who gave me the estimate would have told me that to begin with. There was a section of our roof that needed to be repaired, so we contacted Dry Plus Roofing to repair the leak. The roofers were knowledgeable and professional and they did a really good job.

Dry Plus Roofing recently came out to my home to do some sealing needed around the vent pipes. I had used them before and the staff is always very good to deal with. The only thing is that it took almost three months for me to get them out here to do the work. Between all of the rain we were having in Arizona this season and the fact that they were booked up with so much work is why it took so long. But then, if they were not such a great company, then they would not be so backed up with jobs. I highly recommend them to everyone. They have such a wonderful staff and their work is perfect. I've done business with Dry Plus Roofing several times. One house he redid the tile underlayment once. And another house he did the flat roof areas a couple of times. On our new house, he did a partial roof. I only work with Kevin. He's very reasonable on pricing. He's on time, plus the work is done well. It's all turned out great. There have been no leaks. Of course, I don't wait too long to get things done. I follow his advice. But he's also told me after looking at a roof that the work can wait another year. He'll say it looks great. That's why I like working with Kevin. If someone were interested in Dry Plus Roofing, I would say ask Kevin to give them an estimate. He's reliable and honest in his estimates. The work always gets done when it's scheduled even though you sign a contract. And it's done very well. If you need to schedule an appointment, talk to Regina, his wife. She schedules him because he's out in the field. It's a family-run business. That's why I like them. Plus they've been in business a lot of years. I think his son is there too. They also have hired people as well. He's busy. So you may not get the work done when you want it. It might be a couple of weeks out. And they don't work in the rain. I have used Dry Plus Roofing twice. They re-roofed the house I live in and also my rental house. They get to the job! I mean they got to work and did what they were supposed to do. If anything needed to be repaired they did it. They finished exactly on time as they said they would!
