Services

Our standing guards are on-site armed or unarmed security officers that stand post or conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols around a property. In addition to long-term contracts, we staff security personnel for short-term gigs and events.

Most “courtesy patrol” companies offer three to four checks per night plus unlimited call responses for an affordable rate of $500-$1000 per month. They accomplish this by paying their officers close to minimum wage, adding an excessive quantity of properties to their portfolios, or not showing up at all.
As a result, customers experience significant attendance and performance issues, delayed or no call responses, a brief drive-by with useless photographs of the front of their property, and are faced with the same challenges that prompted them to hire a courtesy patrol company in the first place.

Our Nightly Patrol setup is designed to fit any budget because customers can purchase the actual time that is spent on their property instead of a number of pointless and brief drive-bys. During our time spent on the property, we will pay specific attention to your pain points and help mitigate the actual security concerns you are experiencing.

External threats can be a stressful experience. Especially when it affects your family or you personally. Our bodyguards and executive protectors will watch your back so you and your family can continue living a stress-free normal life. From the average person to corporate executives, we have solutions to fit any budget.

Not sure where to begin? We can help you.

While DRS Protect specializes in customized physical security solutions, our sister company, Done Right Security, focuses on advanced technology and integration. As a team, we conduct a thorough analysis of the challenges you are experiencing and collaboratively develop a plan for effective security solutions.

Integrating our guards with technology allows us to take proactive approaches to security concerns. For example, if your door is breached when you are away or outside of business hours, or if a person or vehicle enters an unauthorized area, our officers can receive a notification and respond immediately.

Our technology ensures reporting thoroughness and keeps our employees HONEST. Due to the advanced AI, all entries and photos are GPS time-stamped and cannot be uploaded from the phone's gallery. Therefore, customers will never receive the same photo repeatedly as our officers are forced to take the photo at the exact location of the area patrolled. Also, our customers do not receive basic, arbitrary daily reports. Using our app software, reports can be tailored to ensure officers patrol the exact locations that need to be checked and document only the specific information the customer needs to make their job easier. Some examples of customized reports we currently have in place are Lease Violation reports to track unruly unit violations at a complex, Light reports to identify any lights that are out, Parking Violation reports to abate disorganized parking, Banned Person reports to track individuals that have been banished from a property, Storage Check-in reports documenting a chain of custody when handling guest belongings, and Trash reports to identify individuals violating HOA rules regarding trash cans being left on the street.

Our Flex Program is designed for short-term jobs and acts as a safety net for coverage at our full-time accounts. Using our mobile app, a job will be published, and a push notification will be sent to all our Flex Officers with the job details including the starting and ending date and time, the job's Post Orders or guard responsibilities, and the pay rate. From there, our Flex Officers can simply click the "Claim Job" button and it will automatically add to their schedule where they can navigate to the property from the app and have immediate access to property-specific reporting, emergency contact information, maps, and guides.

Our company app is specifically designed for field employees and uses advanced artificial intelligence to track our employees' attendance, routes, and task completion. Since we do not need to endure the cost of roaming supervisors to assume these responsibilities, we can compensate our guards at a higher rate to ensure quality while offering our services at competitive rates.

We understand the importance of cost-effective solutions but in this industry, lower pay rates are likely to result in inferior services while the quality of services increases with higher pay rates. Our company and customers rely on security officers to be punctual, reliable, professional, investigative, attentive to detail, communicative, and able and willing to risk their bodies and lives to safeguard people and assets. How is it possible to expect a guard to perform these functions when they can work at a fast-food restaurant at a higher hourly rate with no risk? DRS Protect has developed a ranking and rating system to give our customers full control over the quality of services they will receive after considering their security and budgetary needs. After a job has been completed, the customer and company can rate the officer based on their attendance, appearance, professionalism, communication, and job performance. Officers that consistently receive high ratings in these categories can promote up to a higher rank, increasing their eligibility for higher-paying jobs. Because of this program, our officers are incentivized to perform well regardless of the job.

Can’t afford standalone guards or night patrol? We have a solution for that too. Customers can provide us with an annual budget they are willing to spend on security which will be divided into hourly credits. Customers can then use these credits to schedule shifts periodically throughout the week, month, or year until all credits have been exhausted. Unused credits will roll over to the following week or month. For example, an apartment complex cannot afford on-site security but is struggling with resident satisfaction due to an increase in vehicle break-ins over the past few weeks. The vehicle burglaries are primarily occurring on Fridays and Saturdays in the evening hours. Due to budgetary restrictions, the customer can only afford 150 hours or about 18 eight-hour shifts per year. Using our Flex Program, we would schedule a security officer to be on site every Friday and Saturday during the evening hours to increase the probability of preventing or stopping the crimes. If the offenders pick up on the officer's schedule, then we can adjust the days and hours accordingly.

Dummy cars are marked security vehicles placed on the customer’s property at a low monthly rate to act as a deterrent by giving the appearance of having on-site security. Because of its affordability, this solution can assist customers with a lower budget for security, or provide a supplementary security presence to standing guards or nightly patrol.

Tired of receiving phone calls in the middle of the night because a toilet is broken or someone is playing loud music? Don't want to miss an important call with critical information because you were asleep or busy? Using our call center, customers, residents, and employees can rely on one dedicated phone number to report any concern at any hour of the day. Our dispatchers will be trained on your specific notification procedures to mitigate petty calls at the source and without your involvement, and/or notify only the necessary personnel that needs to be concerned with the particular issue at hand. All calls will be documented in a Computer-Aided Dispatch report and immediately delivered to your inbox informing you of what occurred and the actions that were taken. So why pay for after-hours call centers when this complimentary service is provided to our customers?
