We had a large event in Marana Arizona and I was in need of a good limo/car service or two. The car service(s) we were going to use had to be professional, reliable, on time and their cars had to be clean/nice. Because the people they would be transporting are the Senior Management (World Wide) for our company, so everything had to run smoothly. I searched the internet and come upon Driver Elite Transportation, I read their reviews and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Ramon whom was professional and very helpful. Our company is from out of state and I needed a reliable company(s) to pick up a lot of people from two airports (Phoenix and Tucson) and five different airlines. Ramon was so easy to work with, we worked closely together on all the arrivals and departures for this event. Ramon helped me with determining the best departure times for all the pickups on Friday to ensure everyone got to the airport(s) on time. This was critical because we had many people going to both Phoenix airport (1 ½ to 2 hours away) and Tucson airport (45 minutes away) from the hotel. Feedback from our employee’s with regards to Driver Elite Transportation was very good, drivers were very friendly, pleasant to talk with, professional and the cars were clean and comfortable. This was very important to us as the rides to and from the airports were long, (2 hours each way to Phoenix and 45 minutes to Tucson airport), the cars also had cold waters for all our passengers which they loved because it was hot. As luck would have it, several people missed their flights or wanted to change their departure pickup times. I used this service to get me to and from the train station. It was one of the most pleasant rides from door to door that I have ever had. Louie was my driver on the return trip. My train was 11 hours late due to the floods in San Antonio. I called Elite and they said no problem. Just give them an hour notice. I called them from Benson and Louie picked me up, and my luggage and helped us all the way to the door. He had cold water waiting for us in the car and gave us one of the smoothest rides home. This service is both professional and friendly. The driver arrived at my home 15 minutes prior to my scheduled pickup, which is their standard, even at 4:30 am. And they were at the airport waiting for me when my plane arrived 30 minutes early. The driver and I had great conversation about food ( I love to cook ) and he even shared a family recipe. My daughter and I needed a very last-minute limo service for Prom night for my grandson and his date. I initially wrote an email with questions, and to my astonishment, I received a response within 17 minutes! My daughter then called Ramon, and he was able to get us a town car and driver for said Prom night, and at a extremely reasonable cost. The driver, Juan, was at the pick-up address 15 minutes prior to the pick-up time, just as Ramon had indicated he would be. Juan was standing at attention in his well-groomed, and handsomely attired self, when we arrived to drop off my grandson at his date's house. Juan was incredibly patient through the "picture-taking" ritual by both sets of parents; he got them safely to and from their destination, and my grandson (who typically doesn't have much to say about anything...he's 17 after all)....said the entire experience, especially their driver Juan, was "AWESOME!" We couldn't have been happier with this company. Professional, courteous, patient, excellent attitude by both Ramon and Juan. IMMEDIATE response to the email I sent, STILL blows me away! We HIGHLY recommend Driver Elite Transportation LLC! the word SUPERB doesn't do them justice! Scheduled driving service for a surprise date for my parents. When it was realized that I scheduled it for the wrong day, Drivers Elite responded quickly and was able to get a driver for the proper time. Such a relief!
