I recently used Driftwood Florist to create an arrangement for the funeral of an extended family member. Their on-line ordering process was very easy to use and their website provided a lot of choices. When they weren't able to procure some flowers they upgraded the display at no charge and then sent me a picture of the finished arrangement. Considering that I was in Oregon and could not otherwise see the finished product in Florida, I loved this level of follow through. Got to the shop a couple minutes late. Sales lady was already in her car, but got out of her car to take our order. it was for a funeral, and she was going past the funeral home on her way, so she made the arraignment, and delivered it immediately. I am another highly satisfied customer. Wanted an arrangement delivered in Jupiter, but I needed to forward a detailed personal letter, which would accompany the delivery of the arrangement, to Driftwood Florist. I worked with Nikki who handled everything beautifully, including leaving a vm msg for me indicating the personal letter had arrived and delivery of both the letter and the arrangement would be scheduled the next day. I had a wonderful experience with Driftwood Florist. Ordering from Boston I was taking a stab in the dark. Well I got lucky. The web site made it easy to order, the delivery was beautiful and much enjoyed by my friend. Lastly, when I realized I picked the wrong delivery date (which was the day they needed to be delivered) Driftwood turned it around immediately and kindly. You can't ask for a better experience. Yesterday was the first time I have ever used Driftwood and I was so impressed!! The flowers were gorgeous!! They went through great lengths trying to deliver them and were unsuccessful because I put in the wrong name. ..whoops. They tried to deliver them to Jupiter medical a couple of times during the day thinking that maybe the patient wasn’t registered yet..they had tried to contact me and were unsuccessful bc I was working. When I got off of work and saw the “missed call” I called them back, it was after they closed, but they spoke with me after hours and we figured out the issue. I thought they would just deliver them the next day, but no, they went above and beyond!! The very pleasant associate I spoke with on the phone offered to deliver them to the hospital on her way home!! ThisWas 2 hours after they closed!! She was true to her word and the flowers were delivered and they were BEAUTIFUL! This was a marvelous experience with amazing customer service!! ❤️ More...

Staff was friendly and helpful. I spoke to them on the phone and they helped me customize my order. I live in Detroit and was having flowers delivered in Jupiter, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Driftwood Florist knocked it out of the park with our wedding arrangements and all of our wedding floral (Wedding was 1/19/2019). My wife wanted to do succulents for our wedding floral. I can say that all floral and arrangements that Driftwood provided for our wedding day was pristine condition and of the highest freshness and quality.

Our experience with this business was wonderful. Great customer service experience, timely, quality floral, great value in their pricing. We give Driftwood Florist a full 5-star review and would highly recommend them to anyone needing any small/medium/large orders of floral whether it is for a weekly surprise for wife, special occasion or wedding!
