Q&As

Using education learned from completing the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Training program, workouts are designed to fit each clients individual goals and needs. A general or basic workout program isn't best for everyone, so making personalized fitness programs that target the clients needs will provide the best results for them individually. Programs can be altered to fit the clients schedule and payment abilities to ensure the best use of time that fits in their schedule and budget! Whether workouts are desired to be completed at the gym or at home, they're perfect for college students, busy moms, or anyone who's on the go. Different workout programs will be designed to help the client reach their fitness goals such as toning, weight loss, enhancing cardio abilities, strength training, and just beginning!

There is no "secret formula" or a broad exercise program to help a woman achieve the body of her dreams that will provide the same results for someone else. Figuring out your own wants and goals for your health and fitness will determine the best workout program that's best for your body!

I have a strong passion for health and fitness and I've continued my own fitness journey for the past 5 years, learning and making mistakes on the way. For so long I wished that someone would show me the "right" way to exercise, and now I'm able to use the education and experience I've gained to help other women find what works best for them and their goals!

With my NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification, I wanted to use it to work individually with women and tailor their workouts according to what they want and their own goals. Beginning any type of workout regimen can be discouraging, especially in group settings. I wanted to allow women to be seen and heard on a personal level, which comes from one-on-one training.

I'm a newly certified NASM Personal Trainer with no intentions of selling any type of product or specific workout routine that's already its own company. I provide individually-tailored workouts that are all different, you'll never do the same workout twice! No matter what your goals are (lose weight, get toned, become stronger), I will create a specific workout plan that best fits your schedule and budget. Whether you have experience working out or not, each exercise program will be safely written and thought of just for you!

Services

The NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification educated me on basic stretching and foam rolling techniques that can be included before or after your workouts for optimal recovery. No more guessing on whether or not to stretch, how long, or what type of stretching is best for your daily workout!

Whether your goal is to lose weight, get toned, gain strength, etc., I personally write daily workouts specific to your wants and abilities.

You decide how many times per week you would like
to exercise, what your goals are, and your budget!
You'll receive workouts that are created just for you
and will target your physical goals, as well as fit into
your own schedule.

*In Person: whether we meet at the gym, your home, or outside, each workout will be created to reach your goals ranging from 20 minute workouts to 1 hour.

*Online: you'll receive personalized workouts for the week depending on how many you need, and I offer video chats (1-2x) per week to check-in and workout together to ensure proper form, help with stretching, and getting to know you! You'll have to provide your own exercise equipment (simple dumbbells any size, resistance bands, etc.) or workouts can be created for at-home, body-weight exercises with no equipment needed.
