Can’t say enough about the service from booking to ride. Booked a bus to take our family to the port. Port was closed for most of the day due to an accident and Francesca and our driver Miguel were so patient and understanding despite a 10 hour delay. WARNING Do not use this company!!! My daughter was a guest at a party that used this company and the limo driver, at the direction of the business owner, pulled over on the side of the Florida Turnpike and held about 20 kids hostage putting their lives in danger because he claimed that the party host still owed money because they went over the time that was pre-paid. The kids were terrified!! My daughter called me from the limo terrified and stated that the driver nearly got into several car accidents because, when he did start driving again, he was going so slow on the Turnpike that other cars almost hit them and were honking like mad! All over $. My daughter is traumatized over the actions of this driver. I have contacted the police department and DOT. Even if the party host did owe additional money for going over the pre-paid time limit, you don't put children in serious danger over a money dispute. If it were the driver that made the decision it would be bad enough, but the instructions to pull over on the Turnpike with 20 kids came from the owner!!! This company should lose it license!! My son went on this bus ride with his friends for a birthday party. On the way back home around 11:30 pm, the driver suddenly stopped the vehicle on the side of the road on the Turnpike. The driver did not want to continue because he claimed the full payment was not completed and he received direct orders from the OWNERS to stop the bus and put UNDERAGE KIDS' lives in danger. My son and the other 20 children were terrified and did not know what was going on!!!! This should have not escalated to this point... he was NOT transporting adults they ARE CHILDREN...THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!! More...

Are party planner contracted them for a birthday party for 20 kids. On the way back from the restaurant the kids called us crying .
the driver stopped on the side of the road and told them we had not payed them and he was not moving the bus. We had to catch up with the bus on the side of the road. I asked the driver if he was crazy for stopping on the side of the turnpike and he told the owner told him to do it over a disputr with the party planner. Hoe does something like this?
The next day i spoke with the rule owner and he told me it was him that had the bus stopped.
Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company !!!

Please watch out with these shady company.We had a party planner order us a ride for 20 kids for a birthday event .When the driver left the restaurant on the way back we go a call from some of the kids saying that the driver was stopped on the side of the turnpike and would not move until he got paid. I had to stop on the side of the road and ask him if he was crazy stopping a bus on the side of the road with 20kids. After I told him I was doing to call the police he started to driver @40 miles an hour. We had to escort him back to the house at which time he told me the owner told hom to stop on the side of the road. The following day I spoke with the owner who told me he told the driver to stop the bus on the side of the road .Do not use this company ever .This has been a nightmare for us and all the kids.We will be submitting a complaint with the DOT and file a police report. This review is a little late however I feels it's important to provide for future wedding couples. Our wedding was October 2020. We paid what we considered was a significant fee to be transported roundtrip from our hotel to our wedding venue which was only a mile and a half in distance. We made an agreement with this company to drive us to the other side of our hotels grounds to take photos before dropping us off to our wedding venue. This was all still within the mile and a half distance. We literally ran minutes over the alloted time because the photographer was trying to get a few more shots. When it was time to leave, the driver refused to move until we paid an additional $120 in cash on the spot or he wouldn't drive us a half a mile to our wedding venue which we were already pushing time for. This was the most frustrating thing to have to deal with on your wedding day minutes before your wedding. This was also an unexpected cash expense and we didn't have enough cash on hand which meant we had to have our wedding party pitch in to pay the man just to get to our wedding. It was insensitive, unprofessional and shady. Keep in mind they had my credit card on file. This could have been squared away on the trip back after the wedding or even invoiced the next day as most vendors handle things for weddings. We would never recommend them or use them again based on the fact that you nickel and dime a wedding party minutes til the wedding for a half a mile drive because we were minutes behind schedule. Thats not how you grow or maintain business relationships.Update: Based on the owners response you clearly see what type of business this is. Never at any point was our credit card attempted to be charged for something that happened on the spot with the driver. So kill the declined card story. The driver asked for cash instantly. Things happen on wedding days, no matter how iron clad your schedule is, so that was a ridiculous point. No one is arguing your cost or your contract. The review simply said if a couple pays $400 for a mile a half roundtrip to their wedding and back, you shouldn't be so petty and money hungry as to tell that couple you won't drive them a half a mile to their wedding unless they pay another $125 on the spot. Especially when you were scheduled to pick them up after the wedding. Could money not have been exchanged at that time? An airport drop off and a wedding should be handled differently. Real business is handled differently. If we had a contract your $125 would have been paid regardless at any time. Guess this is the way starving business works. More...

Wonderful company with excellent customer service. I made a mistake with my date of pick up. When the driver called to tell me he was on the way was when I realized I selected the wrong date. Heath called me right away and was so pleasant and understanding, he modified my reservation and changed the date for me with no issues. I so appreciate this, because the error was mine. We've used Dreamride several times recently and have not been disappointed. The limos are spotless and drivers are very professional. The executive version was comfortable with plenty of seats. The table is convenient for spreading your stuff out. But what we called the party bus was amazing... we could play our music on the sound system, the lights and pictures on the 2 big screens added to the ambiance, and there's a bar area to keep your drinks iced. Dream Ride has been incredibly accommodating and on time!! Every time we've used them, they have no problem making an extra stop to a few places off route, I understand it's our time we pay for but last minute stops can get annoying but they don't mind. The music is played through Bluetooth so I got to use my own playlist which I loved and they have TVs that is a nice touch. Super comfy, clean and you feel the bass through your veins, I love it. From my first text to DreamRide to inquire about price to the day the limo arrived to pick up my 14 year old daughter and friends to take them to their first homecoming dance everything was EXCEPTIONAL. Heath the owner answered all my questions and concerns. He invited me to go see his fleet of limos, meet him and other staff. I was able to see that he had proper licensing and insurance and that they background check drivers, I was trusting him with young girls.
