What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Start with basic marketing 101 approach; learn their business operations, needs, challenges, and as much detail on their target audience as possible. List of competitors or similar businesses that do well, and even ones that do not so well online.
After the initial meeting(s), my job is to study the information and due further research into the market. Come back with an analysis on where the client is, where they want to be, how to get there, and how we're going to develop a strong/effective online image.
