A note from Dr. Toni
As a formerly burnt out, high-achieving leader & helper, I actually understand what it feels like to be stuck in chronic overwhelm, hustling and sacrificing to do more and be more, but never really feeling fulfilled. I knew I was meant for more. After spending years in and out of burn out, earning my bachelors, 2 masters and my PHD, I decided to dedicate time, effort, energy and money into discovering how to sustainably get out of overwhelm and into a balanced & joyful life.
It changed my life, and my family's too.
A mom of 3, a transformational life, wellness & leadership coach for the Burnt Out ambitious, a psychotherapist with my own private practice, and a dedicated partner- I'm sure it’s clear why balance is an important part of my life. I wanted to do what I love, with who I love, without sacrificing or settling.
My approach is unique. I married my clinical knowledge, skills and experience with my educational and personal background, to create my signature transformational coaching package.
I am a completely unique coach, and I pride myself on authenticity, integrity, gratitude, and supportive accountability. The individually-tailored coaching services I provide are unmatched.
