I was uncertain to what I was going to encounter when arriving. I was very pleased with the receptionists courtesy and prompt actions. The speed of the service is also notable as I had an 11am appointment and was seen early.(***Bonus***). Going in I knew I would need quite a bit of work to be done. On my first visit Dr Popovich was very professional he explained my options and the staff was there to work with my insurance company, they even sent me to a oral surgeon after the appointment to make sure my insurance would cover the cost. Hi, My 6-month teeth cleaning and exam was the reason for my visit and the staff was very efficient and pleasant as expected. I've been coming here for several years and have had no bad experiences--if it wasn't a doctor visit, these appointments would be very much looked forward to! This feeling makes the visits so much less dreaded! Anyway, today I met the new doctor as they are expanding their practice and I felt very comfortable with him right from the start. I was impressed with my experience at the office from the moment I walked through the door! The staff at the front desk were helpful and kind. Dr. Popovich and his assistant, Jenna, were attentive, professional and delightful! They made our interactions pleasant and relaxing without me ever having the stereotypical awkward dental experience of being asked a question while the dentist’s hands are in my mouth :). I highly recommend Dr. Danziger and his team. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr. Danziger himself, it's always a nice experience. I, like most people, don't enjoy going to the dentist. Having a person stick their hands in my mouth has never been something I look forward to. Caroline, my go-to hygienist, is gentle and puts me at ease. She also works diligently to make sure my teeth are perfect before I leave.Then there's Dr. Danziger - his bedside manner is great. He's always there with a smile (not so ironically: he has great teeth) and always wants to know how everything is going. He takes his time to make sure that everything is "up to snuff" and I always feel better about my teeth when he's finished.There are plenty of dentists out there, but he and his team are the best I've been to. Call for an abcessed tooth at 6Am. Dr. called back within the hour and saw me by 9Am. Super staff paid extra attention as pain was making me feel light head and nauseous.
