I started reading Dr. Cheyenne’s book “Mental Detox” and it has been such a process of hearing for myself! I never could imagine my journey of things that I had compartmentalized in life and forgot about it! For so long I did not know the thing that kept me away from such tragic events in my left we’re also the cause of my survival from my subconscious!
