I contacted Ruben to see if he could help me with my NVR for my security cameras. Ruben called me back within minutes of requesting a quote. After our discussion he had my new NVR on order and we set a time a couple days later for install.His team showed up and after hooking everything up and getting all my devices working I am back up and running with my system.The level of service from Ruben and his team is superior, you don't receive customer service like they provide very much anymore. Ruben was great to work with in setting up a security system for my new hoe in Long Beach. He did a thorough assessment and put together a great plan. He is super responsive and easy to get in touch with. I also want to rise Miguel who did the installation. He removed an old security system, placed the new sensors, cameras and door locks and made sure everything was connected correctly and working well. Horrible customer! Spent $4300 for a security system 18 months ago. System went blank 6 days ago, soonest a tech could come out was 6 days, they just cancelled the appointment, on hold now again to reschedule. What a joke! Update, walked in today, as larm going off??on the phone and the act rep sends me a youtube video to shut it off. Didn't work, I ripped the unit off the wall and my next scheduled appt. Is now another 5 days out. 11 days, no working alarm for $4300???? Buy simply safe. Wtf.... More...

Rubin is so helpful!   I actually have an adt alarm that wasn't working.  Despite he not being the one who set it up, he helped me call customer service to (helpfully) straighten out my account and expedite an appointment with them to get someone here to service my system.

Ruben and his team were amazing. I gave them a quick call and they were able to come and inspect location for cameras and sensors within the same day. And were able to get security setup within the same week. Ruben was able to answer all my questions and were honest about pricing. He was up front about what I was getting and  trying to get me the best deal for my money.His team did amazing wiring, gave me an extra sensor free of charge, and were very professional. Great service, great deal and VERY professionalFor any security/alarm matter, Ruben is the one! I I called few alarm companies based on Yelp reviews for my client. I called this business do to all of the great reviews and they did not let me down. I called Ruben and we spoke about what I wanted done and he let me know that they could get it done, he installed six new cameras for me that I had purchased and what a wonderful job he and Moses did. They showed up on time and got right to getting the job done I really felt sorry for them because it was 103 outside but they pushed thru and got it all done. I love my cameras and I really like the idea that I can see all around my house. I would recommend them to anyone that ask.
