I worked for several companies in 20 years & this is one of the best , the work flow has been constant in the last 3 years I've been working with them . most of my needs have been met , Joseph wray my sight manager,,, rennie Johnson, & Darryl Johnson , Frank Catalan,,, very professional I love my sight the Webster , all pros - cons only 1 , its 2019 we are under paid we are making the minimum nys is giving we deserve more as far as I am concerned I'm getting paid the same amount as when I started 3 years ago in 2016 , beside this little infraction Dolye would have received 5 stars.. I’ve been working with Doyle Security Service for 7 months and I have no complaints. They’ve showed me the ropes and never left me to figure out anything on my own. My manager Frank is the best manager I ever had. He’s very understanding, easy to work with and supportive. I've been with Doyle for 7 months now. They took over the site where I work. The transition was smooth with no headache. I met the owner and His wife in Person. They were polite and friendly. That says a lot about a company! My site manager Darrell Johnson is cool. He told us if we need anything to just let Him know! I've been in security for 20 years! The negative comments against Doyle are B.S! As far as money, that's by the owner of the site NOT DOYLE! The owner of the site wants the lowest rate they can get from the security company, so if the wages are high they will replace the security company! That's why most places bid for a new contract every yrar. As far as sitting on a site, that is the owner of the site NOT DOYLE! As far as Promotion how can they create a position for you that doesnt exist? As a company expands promotions are created! As far as hours, how can they give hours a site doesn't have? The company would go out of business! Most of these negative comments are from People who say the same thing about every job they work, and have NO idea what it takes to run a Security Company!
