Downtown Taco Co.is a family owned Catering and food truck company established in 2011. Using both traditional family recipes and a occasional modern twist, we cook all of our food freshly on a day to day basis. Using homemade marinades and Mesquite on the grill to give our meats a extra bold flavor, Downtown Taco Co. is becoming a local favorite in the Arts District of Downtown LA

Took a chance for catering a staff mtg during work hours, never heard of Downtown Taco before. Slight hiccup since they don't open storefront until 4:00, but it worked out, the driver found back door & food was ready to roll. Everyone raved about the food experience (not normal). I have a few vegetarians who, lets face it tend to be picky eaters. They were the most vocal on compliments! Everyone enjoyed the food and gave two thumbs up. Very happy over here. More...

I have mixed feeling about this Taco Truck. The tacos were very tasty and so was the quesadilla but I ordered my food and it literally took 1. 5 hours to get my food. About 30 to 40 people ordered their food after me and got their food before me. I was compensated with the free quesadilla but I just don’t understand what the delay was. I know I ordered chicken and they were still cooking it. But they could’ve told me it would take an hour and half and if I wanted something else. Anyways, it is situated in Angel City Brewery and convenient for a quick bite while having some beers . Overall food is good and service could definitely be better. More...
