I listen to them! I am constantly checking in to make sure they stay on track and keep them accountable. I don't believe in a quick fix so I help clients develop healthy lifestyle habits so they reach their goals and can make new ones.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret! It takes hard work, dedication, consistency and being kind with yourself and realizing there will be ups and downs just like all of life.
What do you love most about your job?
I love hearing what changes adding fitness and healthy eating brings to people's lives. It's not just about your weight or the way you look. There are so many more amazing benefits I hear!
