Initially, Dove Communications will bend over backwards to get you setup. They'll also ask for a 5 star review as soon as possible. The pain comes after you're up and running. Whenever you have issues, even if the issue is caused by them, they will nickle and dime you for every service. We used them for about 3 years, and eventually got sick of it. We now use a different service that starts with a N and ends in iva that we're much happier with. More...

After so many years of stress and anxiety wondering, the answers I was looking for came quickly. I had the opportunity of working with this private professional investigator. Sherlockstorm Investigations gave me a different approach to catch my now ex-wife. With their services I was able to gain access to her mobile phones and this gave me the chance to have access to everything she has been hiding from me for years. I could read all live messages(both sent and deleted), I was able to listen to her conversations she had when calling the man she cheated on with me, I saw all the dirty pictures and videos they shared. From day one, Ofir (the owner), Kim (the service manager) and their crew have been spectacular in the speed, accuracy and quality of their "communications" (after all, the word is in the company name) and service. Dove Communications has been helping me and all of my extended family members with our homes for over the past five years. Â We have had all of our audio visual, low voltage, security, home theater and phone systems installed with Dove. Â We've also had Dove work at our corporate offices with all our needs. They service Orange County and LA County. They offer all up to date products for every budget and their customer service is exceptional!Ofir Yungman and his team are extremely professional and efficient. We've been working with Dove for several years and recently made the decision to switch all of our telecom/technology needs over to Dove instead of spreading those services out over several companies. Ofir, the owner, is intelligent, honest, efficient and helpful. It's such a relief to work with someone who doesn't try to upsell up on services and in fact, explained that we may be looking at services that were TOO big for our operations. When we realized that we'd be returning to our offices in mid-April after more than a year of being closed, we needed to upgrade our internet services and phone systems ASAP. Dove Communications and Ofir worked with us to make this transition as quickly as possible. To make this happen, Kim (who schedules all service calls and seems to coordinate the day to day at Dove), connected us with Clinton who provided an easy to understand questionnaire that we submitted in order to help him program our new system so it best fit our needs. He was easy to communicate with and was patient with our lack of knowledge in this area. Kim scheduled Adam for a 2 day upgrade and installation at our offices and he arrived promptly each day, was polite, worked cleanly, and was very attentive to COVID protocols and our needs. Adam explained what he was doing along each step of the way and made us feel comfortable and knowledgable with our new system.Since we installed the Yealink VOIP phone system, our staff have RAVED about its simplicity and ease of use while still raving about how functional and "high tech" it is.We would absolutely recommend Dove for your needs.
