Used them yesterday to cater a Company event. Sooo amazing!! Everyone LOVED the food. Doug is very friendly and provided linens and set up our dining area beautifully. I also thought the experience was unique because the servers not only served at the buffet table but they also went table to table offering to take people's plates to the trash cans for them! We started working with Doug in 2019 to plan our wedding. Having rescheduled three times due to Covid, we finally were able to have our event on 12/31/2021. Each time we rescheduled, Doug was completely accommodating. When we inquired about his company, he was very efficient in setting up taste testing. After three previous taste tests with other companies, as soon as we tried Doug's food, we knew we were going with him. His assortment of selection was perfect and we knew that our family and friends would be more than satisfied with the quality of his food. He had multiple conversations and meetings with us prior to our event to make sure all details were accounted for. He was confident through it all and assured us that our event would be everything we wanted to be. The day prior to our event his staff set up their catering stations to meet the design that we wanted. Doug gave suggestions and made sure we were aware of all minor details; even including the flow of the serving line. The day of our wedding he was extremely professional. He made our event go smoothly and made sure our guests were served with the maximum service possible. Our guests are still raving about the food weeks later. Doug went above and beyond. He cleaned things he was not scheduled to clean, he worked vigorously with our other vendors to make sure they were doing well on their end and met any of their needs. He worked with our coordinator and DJ to make sure our event flowed well. We would recommend using him for any event. There were hiccups that came along due to staffing shortages, good shortages, etc. and Doug made sure to take care of everything on his end to provide an experience that was more than what we anticipated. I cant say enough about these people! They are amazing, we used them to cater our recent vow renewal and I couldn't have asked for a better one! Everyone talked about how amazing the food was, And talk about top notch staff! Doug him self will make you feel like family let alone. (I should have known right there we were in great hands) but as it got closer to time he kept in contact and handled everything wonderfully. The day of his staff showed up in timely manor set up and never made a peep during the ceremony or anything perfect gentlemen. went around to help clean up as dinner went on. They done better than some restaurants I have been at! And let me tell you that mans BEAN CORN SALSA....TO DIE FOR ITS A MUST HAVE! You cant go wrong using Doug for your event.
