We like the location of the hotel. close to everything Halloween. Even the lobby is decorated for Halloween. We have the complimentary breakfast, Hilton Honors, and it is very good.

Front desk staff are friendly and helpful,security guard is rude and should work on his people skills.Rooms are ok for the rate per night. Overall not a horrible place . I would like to add although the front desk staff is helpful,the dining room staff are rude and ridiculously slow.(1) Was told if I wasn’t a member which I found out I am we couldn’t eat breakfast,so we tried for dinner which had two other tables filled our waiter kept walking by ignoring us and making sure other tables were being taken care of. Just attended an incredible wedding at the hotel. The staff was exceptional, especially at the front desk. I came from Florida and needed to charge my cell phone but did not have a charger they went out of their way to help me.

When we walked in we were greeted by warm friendly staff. They rooms were very clean. The staff helped us get to the city and gave warm chocolate chip cookies upon our arrival. The next day was our conference and everything was great from the room to having lunch outdoors with a great view. This was a great place to be and I would recommend it to everyone. More...

The Doubletree is a massive structure designed with an elegance to match it's top tier room's, amenities and staff. Our room was spacious and so clean , it appeared we were the first guests who ever used it. The restaurant once again spacious and well designed with piped in music, art and furniture to assure an elegant experience while enjoying the first rate food.
